I started having private sessions with Anita once a week but decided to do them twice a week because of the improvements I could see in such a short time. I feel much stronger than when I started and enjoy my progress during our sessions. Anita is always providing excellent advice and guidance during our sessions and will tailor them to match how I am feeling that day. She has been key to my progress and I am pleased at the results I'm seeing every week. -
