Traditional medicines mothers milk tea
I recommend this product. Coming from a mom who has had issues producing enough breast milk I find this tea even once a day helps give a boost in production. It can be used everyday or just when needed. It smells and tastes good also.

I like this product but I find it only effective for a few consecutive days. It makes me feel fresh and feels good when applied but for someone with oily, porous skin it is not an every day user.

Anytime I feel or have a breakout I apply a small amount and it kills the bacteria surrounding and clears the affected area. I can use it everyday and it does not dry out my skin. I have sensitive skin too.
