I tried Carnation Breakfast Essentials in Chocolate flavour. I do not recommend this product for these reasons:
1) the serving size (one 40g sachet added to 250ml milk) has 21g of sugar in the powder alone - that's just over 5 teaspoons of sugar in one glass
2) due to the high sugar content, I used only half the portion and added 325ml (instead of the suggested 250ml) of watered down almond milk (they suggest milk) and had a difficult time dissolving the powder (even though it was half the concentration recommended)...it took a lot of stirring and then letting it sit several minutes
The taste itself, at half the concentration and thus half the sweetness was pleasant. It tasted like chocolate milk. It claims to have 7g of protein in a serving but it's not worth the amount of sugar that comes with it so overall, I do not recommend this product and would classify it as a dessert beverage.

I tried AVEENO® Restorative Skin Therapy Repairing Cream through a free test trial. This cream moisturizes very well without leaving a greasy feeling. I love that it is free of frangrances, parabens, steroids and phtalates and that none of it's ingredients are rated to be toxic. I also love that it is suitable for sensitive skin. I would recommend this product. I would have given it 5 stars if it was made with only natural ingredients. -

I absolutely love Schmidt's Charcoal + Magnesium natural deodorant. I used clinical strength antiperspirant for years and then switched to natural deodorants because I wanted to go healthier and I could not find anything that worked but then I came across this gem and wow! It's natural and controls odour and wetness very well and I only need to apply it once a day. It smells nice and washes off easily. It does have a grainy/sandy texture which some might find unacceptable but the results make it worth it and I find if you heat it up with your breath before applying it, it goes on more smoothly. I have bought it and used it multiple times now and plan to try out some of the other scents. -

The product glides on very smoothly and evenly and leaves the underarms feeling soft. I found that it gave good odour protection throughout the day and held up decently during my workouts. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an aluminum free deodorant. -

I tried Neutrogena Hydro Boost Sunscreen SPF 30 on my face everyday before going to work. It was so light-weight and easily absorbed that I used it on my face under my makeup without feeling it on my skin and without getting any break outs. I normally apply SPF 60 sunscreen to my face which is much thicker and heavier because makeup or moisturizers with built in SPF have low SPF values but I find Neutrogena Hydro Boost Sunscreen SPF 30 is a great choice for days that I go to work because it gives me enough protection and is light enough to work with makeup. -

I tried it on my hands and this product is so light-weight that it gets absorbed within seconds and leaves my hands with a naturally feeling softness without any oily or greasy residue. I used this product to clean the sunscreen and makeup off my face at the end of the day. One wipe was enough to wipe my face clean including removing all my mascara and concealer. I was especially impressed that it removed the mascara because no other product alone had been able to do that for me before then. The wipes are sturdy and very lightly scented and as indicated, I did not have to rinse my face after using it. It left my face feeling clean without feeling dry. I would recommend this product because it works. -

I make an effort to reduce the amount of sugar I consume because I have a sweet tooth and well, sugar is bad for you. This is the only stevia product that I buy because every other 'stevia' product I find at the grocery store contains a mixture of other ingredients which are unhealthy (such as artificial sweeteners) whereas this one only contains organic steviol glycosides (Stevia rebaudiana leaf extract). I use it to sweeten my tea because it gives it a sweet sugar like taste and really brings out the flavour of the tea. I use it less often with coffee because it tends to give coffee a bit of a black licorice taste. It comes in a convenient spice type bottle (it has a dispensing cap) and a little dispensing spoon. I put some in a separate vial that I keep at work so I can enjoy it at work too. I like this product so much that when I couldn't find it at the grocery store the last time I ran out, I ordered it from Amazon. -

I eat this cereal for breakfast every morning. It makes a quick breakfast that I mix with bran cereal, ground flax seeds, chia seeds and almond milk. I really like the taste because it's not too sweet and although I don't like coconut, the coconut flavor is very subtle. This cereal has a crunchy texture which lives up to its name and it keeps me full into mid-morning which is better than I get with any other quick breakfast and for the same amount of calories. -
