This app is out of this world i was pleasantly surprised at the features it has I’m able to track my usage, Set goals, Monitors my progress and has daily tips to help me stay on track! I love that it tells me how much money I’ve saved since I’m not buying cigarettes anymore. My favourite feature is the journal if i ever feel like i need a cigarette i just open my journal and write in that 10/10 would recommend -

I love this nicorette product compared to the gum i like that it pairs with the app so i can track my progress the taste itself isn’t what i thought it would be but its great nonetheless i would like to see flavour options in the future hopefully that will inspire more people to try to quit smoking i would recommend this for sure 10/10 i have noticed my craving lessening since i stated using this product im happy to say ill continue to use this in the future!!!! -
