I really like this mascara that I received for Revlon to try. Although the brush is bigger than average, I felt it was easy to handle and did its job well. It lengthened my eyelashes somewhat but I felt it volumized better than lengthened. I found it to be a little smudge on my bottom lashes but less than the average drug sore mascara. The formula itself is not too thick so it is good for building on. I read some other reviews of people complaining that it left their lashes clumpy, but I didn't find that at all. Also because it isn't formulated really thick it didn't leave my lashes feeling bogged down after a few coats like some other mascara a do. For the price, this mascara is well worth it. -

I recently had the opportunity to try Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede lipstick in "BACKSTAGE" thanks to Revlon Select. I have to admit that I don't usually wear drug store lipsticks because I find the color bleeds really bad, they don't last and the color wears off quickly on the main part of my lips....however, this lipstick has been the first positive experience I've had with such a lipstick. I loved the feeling when it glided on, quite literally like the feeling of suede. The lipstick has an intensity to it with staying power to boot! I loved that although I used this lipstick without, yes I said WITHOUT a lip liner, it stayed right where I put it...in between the lines of my lips and on my lips! And it didn't even transfer to my newborn's sleeping head moments later when I kissed. This particular shade is the color I've always wished I could wear but felt it was too dark for me and yet some how I pulled this shade off. I would say this lipstick is as good, if not better than the $25 "high end" lipstick I last purchased. I will def being buying other colors of this lipstick! Thanks REvlon! You rock!....or at least this lipstick does! -

I was lucky enough to receive a free nail polish from the Revlon Select program to sample. Revlon sent me a colour called "Orbit" from their double ended collection called Moon Candy. The polishes contain a dark cream enamel on one end and an iridescent sparkly top coat on the other.
The cream side of this particular duo is a deep purple that glides on smoothly and opaquely in one coat although it doesn't necessarily cover all the imperfections of the nail. The top coat uses shards of a glitter in complimentary shades to overlay. The overall effect is beautiful however with only one coat of enamel, the top coat thins it and can cause patchiness, therefore i recommend 2 coats of the base. Also, the shards are sparse and require more than one application. The irregularity of the size and shape of the glitter can make application somewhat difficult. I think it would be better if they were somewhat smaller. At 1st I was taken aback by the weight of the brush since you are literally wielding another bottle of polish, however I quickly adjusted and had no problems with application.
Overall, I like the effect and think it is pretty good. I would buy others, if the price is right and would recommend this product to someone looking for something a little different :)

This is my all time favorite chocolate. I love that it is not overly sweet. The outer shell is perfect bite size and not too solid and then once you bite in to it, you reach the soft creamy center that is a like ooey gooey heaven. These chocolates are a bit costly so they deter you from eating them on a regular basis but are a nice treat for special occasions. -

I bought some TRESemme S&C;on sale because it was an unbeatable price! However, after using it a few times I leave it in the guest bathroom. I have long hair and many S&Cers;don't work well for me, this brand is one of them. The shampoo is nice and light and it rinses out well. On its own, I like it however, there's not much of a scent and what little there is, I don't really care for it. The conditioner doesn't work well for me at all. It's a bit runny and difficult to use with my long hair and it really has no detangling properties to it at all. My hair is very difficult to brush out afterwards and I'm sure the damage that ensues from the hard brushing is not worth the cheap price of the condtioner. It may work for others, but I wouldn't recommend it based on my own experiences. -

This was my bestie's favorite scent and it smelled so good on her that I had to try it. I too fell in love with it. It's a sharp, distinct, feminine scent. It can be overpowering if you're not careful, but with the right amount on it is heavenly. It has a musky, floral smell to it that lingers, it's long lasting and I've received compliments on it hours after applying it. I like to wear it when I'm going out in public as it is a stronger scent than my other favorite and can be detected over other smells. It makes me feel hot and sexy and it empowers me. I love it! -

This was the first perfume that I fell in love with. A friend of mine had me try this perfume and it smelled so amazing on me that she gave me the rest of the bottle! Perry Ellis F is a beautiful light floral scent that is sophisticated and sexy. No other scent has netted me as much praise as this one. I've had people that I've never met, stop me to tell me that I smelled amazing. There's nothing heavy or overpowering about it and in fact it is very light and fresh. Unfortunately you can't buy it in stores and I had a lot of trouble tracking it down once I ran out. I did finally find it on EBay and was able to buy a new bottle for a great price, around $35 for a 100 ml bottle. Which for the quality is well worth it! I love it and hope to never go without it again. -

I first tried this parfum as a sample and then my mom bought me a bottle after I told her how much I love it. I'm very particular about my scents and this is one that I fell head over heels for. The smell is very girly and sexy. The first time I wore it, my husband couldn't stop sniffing me. It's fairly long lasting and not overpowering and yet it is very original and recognizable. If it meshes well with your body chemistry,this is one scent that will leave people thinking you are scent-sational. -

I have recently extended my make up buying from cheap drug store brands to the more elite, expensive brands. I am a make up-ahollic! Which is ironic since i don't wear it on a daily basis. As a usually thrifty shopper, it was hard to part with my $40 to purchase this product but I love it! Since I don't wear makeup daily, this product is lasting me forever! It also didn't hurt my conservation efforts that I lost it for a while, but managed to find it right before I went out to buy a new one. Anyways, this product feels like silk going on and a little dab goes a long way. I'd bathe in the stuff it was cost effective as I love the feel. It's light weight and non greasy and it keeps my make up exactly where it belongs! Not only that but it really assists in obtaining that smooth finish that you can't always get without a primer. Also, as a primer, it fills those fine lines that are unavoidable as we age. This product will always be a staple in my beauty collection! -

This is my go to anti-perspirant. I always stock up when it's on sale as I feel it's regular price is just a little too steep for my liking. I believe it's around $4.99/ea but it often goes on sale for 2/$4. The powder scent is by far my favorite scent but there are so many great scents. I feel more protected while wearing this than with other anti-perspirants as I don't sweat nearly as much. However. I do find that although it says it's invisale, I often end up with it on my clothes when applying it. If I put my shirt on afterwards, there's always white marks on it but they easily come out when I rub them out with a little water. I've tried many clear products but have found I don't get the protection I do with Dove. So although I don't feel it's perfect, I do prefer it. -
