My kids loved the Birthday Cake flavour of Dare Bear Paws. They are convenient to pack in the lunchbox and because they are nut-free they would also make a great treat to bring in for Birthday celebrations at school. The vanilla cake flavour with the icing and sprinkle topping both looks and tastes great! -

I purchased two pairs of the Crocs brand Kids' Handle It Rain Boots and both my kids have worn them non-stop for the last 2 months. We just went on a camping trip with several long hikes and the kids chose the boots over the other sandals and sneakers I had packed. I was worried about blisters on long walks, but they have never complained once about sore feet in these boots. I love that they are one solid molded piece so the boots won't separate and I can definitely see myself repurchasing these same boots as the kids outgrow them. The kids love the bright colors and the fact that they can customize them with the shoe charms. -

I will admit I was very surprised to see how closely the Nutrience Grain Free SubZero compared to our favourite brand of dog food. We have been brand loyal to Orijen for the last 7 years, but I am considering making a permanent switch to Nutrience after sampling the new SubZero line. We like to switch up the flavors for our dogs so I love that SubZero still provides that at a cost of almost $20 per bag cheaper then we are paying for Orijen. I am also very pleased to see Nutrience offers the same buyer loyalty program that will give us a free bag of food after purchasing 10 bags.
Because the ingredients are so similar, we had no issues switching our dogs between the two foods. Our dogs were both very excited to try something new and I can definitely see us purchasing Nutrience Grain Free SubZero dog food again in the future. It is a quality food for a great cost!

I am a sucker for anything limited edition so I snapped up these Holiday themed Peppermint Oreo's when I saw them in the grocery store. There is a subtle mint flavour in the icing which is a tasty complement to the standard chocolate Oreo wafers. These were a fun Christmassy treat and I would not hesitate to throw another package (or two!) into my shopping cart. Yum! -

We are only one week into the Lego City Advent Calendar and I am so impressed with the attention to detail in the figures and small builds we have gotten so far. Each day is something new and exciting for my 5 year old (and myself) as we count down the days until Christmas. The instructions are easy to follow and I am amazed by what they have come up with to build with so few pieces. A Lego Advent Calendar will definitely be on our must have list for Christmases moving forward! -

I have a hard time finding pants for my son so I was excited to come across the Gymster pants at Gymboree. I love the bright colors they come in and they are a comfortable elastic waist just like my son likes. They pants are lined to keep my son warm during our Canadian winters and they have washed and worn beautifully since purchasing in the fall. I will definitely be purchasing more of these once he outgrows the current size! -

I got some of these Qixel's kits as a Christmas gift for my 5 year old after really enjoying a sample kit we received at Toys R Us. It is fun and easy to design with the small pixel shaped beads and templates, and I love that these beads don't need to be ironed together. Thanks to adhesive already on the beads, you simply spray your final design and once dry it is glued firmly together. I love the variety of themes these kits come in and I know my son will enjoy them while working on his fine motor control. -

This is the perfect snack to send in your child's lunchbox come the Holidays. These soft molasses and ginger flavoured cookies are a delicious treat and are nut free like all the other varieties of Bear Paws. I am not a big fan of the other Bear Paw flavours, but I find myself sneaking a taste of the kids when I buy this yummy gingerbread flavour. -
