I’ve ordered once so far from them and just in my first shipment four bottles were crushed and broken open during shipping. It was very disappointing l. I contacted the company about it and all they offered was to give me four free cups on my next order. I wish they would have sent me four replacements instead because I was counting on having all 12 of the items I ordered. So far of the things I was able to try they are okay. They are a little bland and could use more flavor.    -
