It really helps with keeping air bubbles out that cause gas and it also has helped with colic and acid reflux. Unfortunately they’re such a pain to clean with having so many pieces, but they’re totally worth it! -

I have to constantly remind my daughter to put the lids back on so they won’t ruin. -
