I received this conditioner free for review purposes. Just like the shampoo this conditioner has that lovely Shea butter scent mixed in with the floral undertones. I love the logo, packaging, affordability, and the use of natural ingredients in this brand. I have really long hair so I have to use quite a bit of conditioner to really penetrate it all. My hair was left shiny but it still had more tangles than I would’ve like to have dealt with. Maybe not for people with hair prone to tangling. I’ll have to use it more and with a hair mask to see if it’s for me. Other than that it rinses out really well leaving your hair squeaky clean. -

I received this shampoo free for testing purposes. I love getting products that contain natural ingredients so was excited to try this new affordable brand. I love the scent, a mix of Shea butter with floral and almost fruity undertones. Not what I expected it to smell like but I love it. The shampoo is easy to lather and comes out really well. It left my hair with that squeaky clean feeling so I was confident there was no residue. It left my hair looking vibrant and smelling sweet afterwards. I’d definitely purchase. -

I purchased this product at the Dollarama. I filled the bathtub about half way at a normal temperature and stirred in the powder. It’s supposed to thicken when leaving it in but it didn’t become as slimy as shown in the pictures. It basically felt like a bathtub of green spit. I think adding a second packet of powder would have made it extra slimy. My daughter enjoyed it either way. It is drain safe and was easy to get rid of, no staining or clogged drain. It is extremely slippery so your child shouldn’t stand in the tub. It would probably be a lot more fun to use in a baby pool in the summertime outdoors. My daughter liked it so I might purchase again in the summer. -

I received this leave on mask free for review purposes. Purple is one of my favourite colours so naturally I’m drawn to the packaging. It features a small pump so just a small amount comes out. Just one pump is enough to cover your face. It absorbs into the skin quickly and doesn’t leave it feeling greasy. It smells like a mixture of sunscreen and fancy face cream, which I liked. I use it at night before bed. I don’t really see how it’s a mask, it feels more like a cream or lotion mixture. I haven’t really noticed my fine lines decreasing but it does leave my face feeling very soft. I’ll have to use it longer than a week to really see if it decreases lines. Other than that I enjoyed it :). -

I purchased this kit out of curiosity not expecting much but it really wasn’t that bad. It comes with fries, cheese curds, and gravy with pulled beef mixed inside. The gravy comes in a plastic bowl that you cook in the oven with the fries. You’re supposed to just let the cheese unthaw while the fries are cooking and stir it in but I like my cheese a bit more melted so I microwaved it a bit. The beef was thin and the gravy had a medium consistency. There was quite a bit of fries so it could feed two people. It tasted just as good as most poutines you could buy at a fast food restaurant. I love not having many dishes to clean so I’ll be purchasing again. -

I received this conditioner free for testing purposes. I love that the bottles lid is on the bottom so I never have to confuse it for shampoo. The conditioner has a light clean scent and a little goes a long way. Normally I don’t massage my conditioners into my scalp but I followed the directions and am glad I did. My hair feels so soft and hydrated and it’s visibly shinier. I definitely recommend giving this a try! -

I received this shampoo free for testing purposes. The shampoo has a light clean scent and is a solid white colour. It lathered a lot better than I was expecting and was easily rinsed away. While leaving it in the hair to activate there was little to no tingling sensations unlike with most dandruff shampoos. I leave my hair to air dry overnight. The next morning it was visibly shinier and I could notice no dandruff. The itching was reduced a lot as well. I definitely recommend giving this a try! -

I received this blush kit in my December boxycharm. I normally don’t wear blush but decided to still give this a try. I love the packaging, simple, sturdy, has a secure magnetic closure and has a mirror. I also love that this product features natural ingredients and is cruelty free. When you swatch the blush it looks like there would be decent pigmentation but when using a brush it leaves almost nothing but sparkles on your cheeks. Just isn’t worth it for me, sorry. -

I love how available Essence products have become and the affordable prices they offer. This mascara does what it claims. It leaves your lashes Voluminous, thick and curled. Applying it can get messy real quickly so you must have some steady hands. The only real issue is that it flakes really bad throughout the day :(. Great for pictures but unfortunately not for long wear. -

I received a sample of this serum with one of my purchases. It didn't have a noticeable scent and spread very easily. It's quite liquidy and took awhile to absorb into the skin. Once it dried it left my face feeling soft. I haven't noticed any anti aging benefits so I can't really justify the price. It's an alright serum but nothing revolutionary and doesn't do what it claims. -
