Special K Original Cereal

I love the taste of Nutiva coconut oil . I have tried about five brands and I like the taste of this one the best. I use it sometimes on toast, in coffee,in muffins instead of using butter or margarine, to grease cake and muffin pans, on skillets when I make pancakes, and to fry eggs.
I also use in on my skin and hair. I think this brand both smells and tastes better than others.

I usually buy a different brand of coconut oil but I got this one because it was on sale. I do like the other one better . I use this on my hair after I washed and conditioned it as a leave in . I also add a bit to my hair sometimes when it dry or on my scalp to help it grow. After showering I put some on my face and body. Coconut oil can make some people itch , I have that reaction sometimes so I mix it sometimes with another oil like olive or some body lotion and then I don't itch.
I also use the coconut oil for oiling pulling. Where you take a spoon full first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and swish it around in your mouth for 20 minutes then spit it out in the thrash . Oil pulling is suppose to help remove toxins from your system, and whiten your teeth . I noticed that I sleep better, my skin is softer and my breath is fresher when I wake up without having to use mouthwash whenever I oil pull the previous day.

I bought this antiperspirant because I sweat on my face and needed something that would help since I didn't want to use regular antiperspirant on my face. Basically you apply the spray at night once or twice a weekly before bed, You don't want to use it in the daytime . When you spray it on it can burn a bit for a few minutes then the pain goes away. It didn't stop my sweating , I still sweat while using it I just sweat a bit less. when I stopped using it all together I sweat more than I did before using it. -

I love the smell of this Dawn dish washing liquid. I only need a small amount to wash a sink full of dishes. One small bottle usually lasts me about a month or so. I wash dishes several times a day. The only problem is that my skin is pretty dry in the winter and when I use this dawn then it makes my hands even drier.So I have to use a lot of lotion to counteract it. I don't have issues with it when I use it in warmer weather . I don't have that issue with any other dish washing liquid. -
