This is an excellent product as you don't need to add sugar or creamers. Nice and quick. I did have some issues with some of the K cups being made with a little too strong of plastic and my machine didnt want to puncture the hole but others in the same package were fine. Minor inconvenience on some. Overall an excellent product. -
