I love the flavour but don't mess around and take your time eating it. If it gets soggy you will regret it. Don't inhale it but don't have a conversation while eating it.

I have always loved Frosted Flakes. Tony and I have been eating breakfast together for years. Always have a spoon in my back pocket just in case there is a box handy.

Honey Nut Cheerios
Love that they created flavoured Cheerios. As I kid I would add sugar or some fruit as a topping as regular Cheerios were just so plain. Honey, nuts, what's not to like?

I really enjoy it as a topping on yogurt. I have always had a hard time with the aftertaste of yogurt but this god-send makes it enjoyable. Sometimes you need to have tricks to eating healthy if you don't enjoy the taete of things. It also is great... +
