Let me just say that this is a luxury product so there are certain properties that are inherent in the price. I could never compare this to a drugstore eye cream because this is in a completely different category and targeted for a certain clientele. What I will stick to is whether this eye cream lived up to its claims. Did it help with making my eyes look refreshed? Yes, that cooling effect actually felt like extra puff was getting squeezed out plus there is caffeine. Did it help with dark circles? Not that I could really tell. I've never really believed that dark circles can be erased. Did it hydrate? Of course! And it did this without giving me milia which is fantastic. It was my perfect texture.
Would I buy it? You know what, I want to believe in the ingredients and in the patented complex. In theory, they stand a good chance at working and I do not see the usual list of fillers that I normally see in most brands of eye cream. I am going to say MAYBE. I have spent $200 on eye cream before because I liked the ingredients so based on my own personal spending habits I might just spend $350. I don't spend a lot on clothes or even other areas of beauty. Skincare is my #1!

What I absolutely LOVE about this mask is that when it says "instant glow", it's true. It is hands down one of the BEST masks I have ever used and seen an instant difference with. When I trained staff on this mask, the looks of amazement were incredible to witness. Essentially, this is a truly natural and effective chemical peel. The term "chemical peel" still scares people, but what it really means is "non-physical/chemical exfoliation". Chemical exfoliation is perfect for those with sensitive or mature skin with this mask being formulated for even those suffering from rosacea.
You will notice that the very first ingredient in this mask is aloe juice and not water (aqua). When a rep from another very well-known brand in Sephora saw this, even she was impressed because it isn't commonly done due to product preservation issues. The preservative in this mask is radish root extract and NOT phenoxyethanol which is also a very awesome thing to note. A few companies do this, but is still is not the norm even for a lot of green marketed products.
A deep exfoliation shouldn't burn or sting though I know it feels like it is doing more for the skin. This mask does what all the other exfoliators do and then some! It is a pricey mask for 30mL and has gone up because of our horrific Canadian dollar, but I would still HIGHLY recommend it. I cannot ever be without it and I happily use this mask every Monday and continually gawk at how much more smooth, even and clear my skin looks after I wash it off. Every ingredient means something and the ones that I have highlighted are ones that set this mask apart from many others. Tata Harper Resurfacing Mask, I love you!

Some cleansing oils are very thick in consistency if a thicker base oil used like sunflower or rosehip oil. While these thicker oil cleansers feel wonderful to massage into the skin, they can be a challenge to remove from the eyes because they do not rinse out easily. The Purete Thermale version is lighter and made of highly refined mineral oil base, but does contain camellia (tea seed) oil which historically has been shown to have moisturizing, anti-microbial and antioxidant properties. It also is a great emulsifier meaning that oil-based makeup products don't stand a chance when this cleansing oil touches it!
This is one of the first cleansing oils I have used that contains fragrance, but not to worry because it does not last once everything has been rinsed off. I actually enjoyed the scent though I cannot pinpoint what exactly it is.
The most important question is probably, "Did this cleansing oil work?" and I can definitely say that yes, even waterproof eye makeup was no obstacle for this cleansing oil! If I had extra coats of mascara, I made sure to be extra generous with the oil around my eye area and give some extra TLC. It also did not make my vision blurry which I loved! The consistency is lighter which I appreciated and rinsed off with ease.

The cloths were smaller than I thought, but just as furry as I thought they would be! Almost like one of those faux throw blankets! They are incredibly soft and comfortably cover my entire face. At first glance, it looks like the cloth will shed and leave horrible black threads all over your face as if you are washing your face with a small animal, but other than a handful of threads on first use, there was no shedding whatsoever.
To use, all you need to do is fully wet the cloth with warm water and wring out the excess. Then, in circular motions remove your makeup! This baby took off EVERYTHING from Maybelline Color Tattoo 24HR Eyeshadow and the waterproof MUFE Aqua Shadow to foundation in full! It was truly incredible! Mascara was a bit more of a challenge because the cloth fibers are very large so I had to go in with a smaller cotton round. Other than that, my face was literally squeaky clean! Rinse off the magic remover cloth with water and hang to dry. This cloth is machine washable for all wash cycles, though I would probably use the delicate cycle just because. Air dry and it is once again ready to use!
If you can get your hands on these cloths, get a few because these are amazing! I don't know how long each cloth will last, but I've used mine for about a month straight without any issues so I think the cloths will last quite a bit longer!

The scent was not overwhelming and did not have that sticky residue typical of SPF products. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a daily moisturizer and uses another product for their sunscreen needs.

So good! It doesn't have a funny smell or taste (especially since it is advertised as being able to use on the lips) and my skin felt soft and clean after use. This was able to remove all of my face and eye makeup in one swipe and is very comparable to the much more expensive Bioderma especially because it is only $10 for 400mL! I would very much buy this again and would recommend it to everyone! -

This palette isn't perfect by any means and the best-performing shades were the teals, greens and purples so if you prefer to play it safer with neutrals this will not be your go-to palette. However, if you are more adventurous and would only use the neutrals for accentuating your crease and/or highlighting, then you could really have a lot of fun. -

Truly impressive. The moment I got these, I asked my husband if he had pants that he needed "hemmed" too! I cannot believe that this adhesive lasts through a washer AND dryer! These bonding strips are SUPER sticky and even stuck to my own skin quite well, so fabric doesn't stand a chance! These bonding strips are definitely going to be my vice as I am one who is sewing handicapped. Great product!

I was doubtful about this product, but as someone who constantly wears the same pants or skirt with 4 inch pumps or flats, I love the idea of having the option to change the hem of my pants or skirt! The button was probably my least favourite out of the Scotch Essentials products, BUT in a pinch it still did the job. The adhesive held, but I think in the long run I will still be sewing my buttons back on permanently. The whole idea of having to remember to remove the pin when washing was kind of a turn-off for me.
