I grabbed a can of this at Winner's mostly because it the price was right and I was going away for the weekend and didn't want to waste time fussing about with my hair.
It is definitely a time saver, and I was thankful I had picked it up, I mean who whats to spend an hour washing, blow drying, and styling when you're relaxing at the cottage?!
The first day I gave the roots a quick spray and tussle and my ends quick re-curl. The formula was easy to apply, didn't weigh down my fine hair, and didn't have any sort of weird residue or texture.
By day 2 my hair was a little less forgiving ( I'd been in the shower twice and outside in the sun/wind the previous day). It wasn't a problem though.. another round of Batiste Dry Shampoo and a quick updo worked perfectly. I had lots of volume that lasted all day long and didn't have to worry about my locks falling flat or looking limp.
Its not a product that I use every day, but it is one that I make sure I have on hand for when I travel or I am giving my hair a break from the usual styling routine.
Love it.. and will buy again.

This is the only nail polish remover that I will use from now on.
It is fast, effective, and non drying.
It is able to take off layers almost instantly. Gone are the days of wasting time scrubbing with multiple cottonballs and qtips.
There is a smell but its not bad, they have done well creating an aroma for a product that is notorious for smelling awful.
When I bought it there was only a 32oz bottle available, but I have since seen small bottles at Sally's, and I see online that you can get an 8oz bottle for $1.89
Try it Ladies, you will love it!

I was pleasantly surprised by this product.
I don't know what happened to my skin this winter but it has been ultra sensitive and I haven't been able to soothe it with any of my usual go to products or remedies.
The front of the bottle makes the following claims: Non-comedogenic, hypo-allergenic, fragrance free, non greasy, sheer, and fast absorbing. It lived up to the hype and I'm hooked.
When I first applied it I was struck by how thin the texture was. It absorbed instantly, and I was skeptical as to if it would really work.
It did.
After the first application my skin looked and felt so much better. The red angry patches had calmed down significantly and were easily 40% lighter. The dry itchiness was relieved and so am I!
I'm not sure that its a product that I need all year round, but I will make sure there is some on hand for when I do,

I picked up this product at Sally Beauty and so far I've been happy with it.
I'm definitely not a natural blonde and keeping my hair healthy in the midst of a Canadian winter can be challenging.
The product has a rich smooth tropicalesque aroma that is strong but not overwhelming.
I used this initially after updating my colour and when all was said and done my locks felt soft, shiny and well hydrated. This impressed me because it was after using a highlift lightening toner... which didn't tone all that well so I had to follow up with a second round of my go to Wella T18 toner the next morning. My hair had been processed more than usual, and I was concerned that it would be in rough shape afterwards. I really didn't need to worry though as the Mystic Divine Masque pulled through for me.
The only thing that I don't like about this product is the thickness, its almost hard to disperse evenly and that led me to use more than I think should have been necessary. I can see the product running out more quickly than it should.
This price is right for this product though and I would buy it again, or try another from Mystic Divines lineup. Its not the most amazing hair masque I've ever used but If you're looking for something under 10$ its worth a try.
Infused with: Tahitian Tamanu Oil, Moroccan Argan Oil, African Shea Butter, Camellia Oil

For a wannabe (or authentic) yogi this is a fantastic mat. Its thick and comfy, and had a good grip. I have to admit though that this particular mat caught my eye and I couldn't look away. I think its beautiful, I love the colours and the style, so it looks good hanging out whether I'm using it or not.. my puppy Una thinks so too.
Here's the big selling point for me though, within the design there are strategic, hidden markers to help you with positioning and alignment. It removed a little bit of the 'where are my feet", ... "am I crooked?... I feel crooked" anxiety. I could glance down and see that yes, my feet are parallel.. and yes, my hands are where they should be.
The Dreamweaver Yoga Mat gave me the confidence I needed to get through my first couple of classes. I love it.. but they are just released some new designs.. I wonder if I need 2..

Buddha Teas Sacral Chakra Blend is like a cup of hot, spicy, heaven. I'm not a huge tea fan to be honest, but I found this company on Instagram and when I tried their products I fell in love!
There is nothing sweet about this blend, it has a decidedly savory flavour. I wasn't sure that I would enjoy it when I saw that there was fennel seed in it but it did nothing to detract from my enjoyment.
As a bit of a wellness junkie I spend a fair bit of time working with chakras and gemstones, so I thought that the gemstone infusion (moonstone) aspect was fun, it added to my perceived value of the product. The sacral chakra is all about being aware of your body, feeding your passions and cultivating your creativity and I thought that the clean spicy flavour represented that well. It made me feel motivated, energized and ready to take on the rest of my day. For me, the Sacral Chakra was a solid win.
Aside from the great taste, it comes from a great company. They focus on sustainable practices, and all of theirs teas are USDA organic, 100% kosher, no GMO, no MSG, no fillers or artificial ingredients, the beautiful packaging is 100% recycled, and the teabags are bleach free.
Ingredients:
Organic Calendula Flower, Organic Burdock Root' Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Dong Quai Root, Organic Damiana Leaf, Organic Ginger Root
