Bought this in hopes it would work like it claims. I always keep a product on me at all times to hopefully catch a cold sore at first signs. I applied this as soon I thought I had one. For me, it didn’t really help with the burning sensation and helped little with the swelling. It certainly didn’t clear it up in 2.4 days like it claims. I’m on day 5 now with a cold sore and I’ve been applying the gel 4 times daily. It’s definitely still there and noticeable but not as bad as I’ve had them before. It’s decent I guess but was hoping for much better results. I’ll be buying a new product to have on hand for the next outbreak.    -
