and smelling wonderful! One squirt from the bottle spreads a lot and you don't need much. The lotion absorbs quickly into my skin and it still feels soft and smooth after a few hours. I have some dark spots on my arms and legs and I noticed that some of them look faded and brighter than usual. The scent is quite different and I'm not sure how to describe it. It's almost flowery but tangy. It smelled great after the first week of using it but after that I was already getting sick of the scent. I wear the same sweater everyday and in between washes, you know how some of the lotion remains on the fabric? After a few days, the lotion started smelling weird on the fabric. I'm not sure if I like it. It's not like other lotions I've used before where they still smell nice on my sweater after a few days, even weeks. NIVEA Q10 Firming Body Lotion is great as a moisturizer but the scent can be improved. -

The oil absorbs quite fast for an oil. It smells great and the scent lasts a long time. I usually have rough spots on my elbows and knees from yoga and I noticed that they are softer after continued use of the body oil. I would definitely recommend it as a spot treatment for rough spots. For a special night out, I used it as a wet skin shower oil and it worked out great! #gotitfree -

This weekend I was able to try the PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter. I was busy and needed a snack but it was too soon to eat a full dinner! I cracked one open and it took the edge off my hunger when I needed it! This is one of the best-tasting protein bars I've ever had, it's almost a chocolate bar. Thankfully, I don't have to feel guilty eating the whole thing! This protein bar also left me feeling full for a long time and I was able to hold off until dinner time. The only caveat is that I noticed that I got really baaaad gas a few hours after consuming the powerbar. I looked it up and I think it's the maltitol. It's a sugar alcohol that is used as a low-calorie sweetener. The side effects include bloating, flatulence and some gastrointestinal symptoms. Other than that, the nutrition facts are not much different from my usual protein bar so there's no reason for me not to switch to this new one for occasional snacking. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends! #gotitfree -

Oh my goodness, it was delicious! Very soft and chewy, there are no crunchy bits. I'm surprised that it's reduced sugar because it tasted just like a candy bar. I love lemon-y flavours so this is my new favourite protein bar. It also left me feeling full for a long time. Great for weightloss as it prevents you from grazing and snacking in between meals. The only caveat is that I noticed that I got really baaaad gas a few hours after consuming the powerbar. I looked it up and I think it's the maltitol. Downy Unstopables In-Wash Scent Boosters - FRESH
My clothes definitely smelled fantastic after using Downy Unstoppables, but I don't think it's worth the money to buy a scent booster. I would consider it a luxury rather than a necessity.

Heaven in your mouth. Nutella is the best spread to put on toast. Why bother with anything else? If I could eat it everyday without getting fat, I would.
