If you have never been to a place like this it's a totally freaky experience. Luckily they have something similar in the US called Cold Stone Creamery.

The service is okay but if you are a repeat customer they treat you better. There are many people around but unless you want to be Chinese rude and yell or cause a fuss they don't cater too much to most.
It's a great place if you like to people watch as it is always packed. The location is great as well since it's in a complex with other Asian delights like T&T supermarket and 88cents store plus a veggies market with the best deals and fresh produce in town. The parking is horrendous though especially with an underground lot that is like a zoo during the weekends. It's best to park on the street (if you can find it) but don't disturb the other stores nearby like Blockbuster or you may get towed.

I've been able to get some great stuff. You don't have to sign up for any e-mail but do have to have a Yahoo account to join the group. You have the option of individual e-mails, digest e-mails or no e-mails and only view the site.
If you want to get rid of a bunch of stuff for free and are willing to meet or have people pick up from your location then this is the site for you. It's nicer to give directly to people who want an item than to get a charity or reseller to try and sell your item then possibly have to throw it out anyway.

I've been to a La Senza store before and I've seen their website before. I broke down and decided to purchase their Prestige card. It gives the bearer 10% off all purchases no matter what other discount is given. You get a batch of coupons with your membership.
The store was having a 30% off all Spirit sports line clothes. They also had their usual 3 bras for $36 (usually $34 each) and 3 panties for $10 (usually $8.50 each). Because of their great staff and the large selection I was able to purchase $100 worth of goods and use my $20 off coupon along with my 10% discount.
I had a brand new underwear collection and could donate my old clothes. I've never bought this much at once but I have no regrets and I'll do it again when they have their usual everything 15% off sale to get some new PJs.
p.s. The owner of La Senza (and a bunch of other stores like Suzy Shier) is one of the dragons on the CBC show, Dragon's Den.
