I love walking into the Bath & Beauty Works store. It's an immediate KAPOW of scents that tickle your nose hairs. I actually look forward to going to the store. They are on the ball and always have holiday scents ready on display for you to sample. Whether it be season related or holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween or even Christmas, they have a scent for everything. I love their candles and their hand soaps. I do have to be honest that some of their hand soaps leave my hands feeling dry after use. I thought it was just me but after asking family to test it out they felt the same. I love the store and highly recommend it to those who like different scents. -

I heard a lot about the Burts Bee's products in the last couple of years and decided to try their Beeswax Lip Balm. All excited to be gone with dry lips I put it on and immediately felt my lips sticking a bit. I thought oh well maybe give it a few, a few became a couple of hours and I swear my lips felt more dry. It may have just been a defective stick or it might just not work for me. In any case I wasn't a big fan of the product. -

All good things must come to an end I guess. -

I am new to drinking tea that is high in Zinc but am very glad that I have had the chance to try it out for free in exchange for my honest opinion about the product. This tea could not have come at a better time. The weather has started to get a little cooler here in Canada and the hot drinks are brewing.
So I had a bit of a cold when I first tried this drink and it worked wonders. I was feeling better within hours. I'm not too surprised though because I've read that Zinc is a mineral that helps your body stay healthy. It also helped that there was lemon, ginger and echinacea in it as well. It smells great and tastes delicious.
I have to add a warning that is posted directly on their site.

So I was given this awesome Super Green Tea that bursts with Vitamin B6 for free in exchange for my opinion on how the product tastes. I absolutely loved the fruity berry boost flavour. I have to admit that I am a huge fan of drinking tea in the cooler months because of how it warms my insides all up. The health benefits of this tea are such an added bonus. Each drink gives you the recommended daily intake of Vitamin B6, all this in just one drink. It's a super green tea combined with strawberry and raspberry along with all that Vitamin B6 goodness. Highly recommend it to those of you who like fruity teas with benefits. -

It's filled with Vitamin C , 25% of the recommended dose for the average adult. The Super Green Antiox Tropical With Vitamin C is a green tea with the natural fruity taste of pineapple and mango. It amazes me how such simple ingredients can pack such a huge punch. I got this tea for free in exchange for my honest opinion on how the product tastes.

I love, love, love this little blush duo from PIXI BY PETRA. It offers so much with so little. It clearly says that it is a ‘blush’ duo however you can use it as a blush, as a highlighter or even as a bit of a bronzer. There is a light champagne color and a very pretty shimmery peach. I personally like the champagne color comparatively more simply because it’s a somewhat of a darker shade. Both colors are beautifully pigmented but I find that they are just a tiny bit too shimmery for my liking. That’s not to say that they don’t slay or anything, I just needed to make it a point to share with you what you could expect.
This duo comes packed with vitamin E to help hydrate your skin and give it that special little glow. The product goes on remarkably smooth and is highly blend-able.
What I really like about this blush duo is that it can be used during the day and at night. It gives you a natural looking glow that sticks with you throughout the day. This is definitely a must have for all you make up junkies who love a little shimmer and shine from time to time.

I liked how smooth it went on but didn't think it lasted as long as other lipsticks I've used in the past. The doe-foot applicator allows the lipstick to easily follow the contour of your lips. It goes on rather glossy but soon after turns matte. I got this Lipstick in the Flirt shade which is a light nude brown.
I was given the opportunity to try HUDA BEAUTY's Matte Liquid Lipstick in exchange for my honest opinion.
I would highly recommend this to those who like to wear liquid and/or matte lipsticks.

The harsh winter weather can sometimes take its toll on your body leaving it drier than the Sahara Desert. Your feet are usually punished the most and walking around on them all day only makes it worse. I have tried several different creams and lotions to smooth out the mess left behind but none work as well as Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repairing Serum.
Every woman has a different need when it comes to their skin so it's no wonder that there are sooooo many products out there in the market to help with each individuals need. Trial and error then becomes the task at hand to rid the pesky dryness. It sometimes really sucks to have to spend hundreds of dollars to find the holy grail but other times if you are lucky you can hit the jackpot on one of the first few tries. Lucky for me it didn't take too long nor too much money to find what works for me. I found 100% relief with Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repairing Serum. Who knew relief would come in under $10 dollars a bottle. That's right 200mL of advanced relief for under 10 bucks. Cue the trumpets please.
This product not only smooths out your skin, it also heals it giving it that little bit of a protective layer that lasts longer than just the regular moisturizer does. It gives you 10x the repairing power to calm severely dry skin. I use this repairing serum 2 to 3 times a week because it's that good at ridding the dryness from my feet. I apply a small amount on my feet right after getting out of the shower and will put on a pair of socks to let it really soak in. I occasionally put it on at night before bed if I need that extra little boost from a harsh day of walking around.
It caries the scent of rose and amber that doesn't smell too strong however I've read reviews that others have had a problem with it be being a bit overpowering. To each their own but I have never had a problem with it personally. For those of you that have an issue with stronger scents there are two other ones that work just as good (one with cocoa butter and the other with a vanilla / floral scent). The bottle's expiration is a bit longer than most I've seen as it caries a 12 month period while several others last only 6. If you suffer from severely dry skin and don't have too much of a problem with a bit of a scent then I would recommend trying this product. It truly has been my go to for instant relief of dryness on the soles of my feet.
