Clean & Clear Morning Burst Facial Cleanser
I absolutely love the way my faces feels after using Morning Burst. I also like that there is no strong smells. I like that it is in a pump and much easier to use in the shower. It is reasonably priced. I don't think I would change a thing. Saddened... +

Smashbox X-Rated Mascara
Like most of the other ladies here I had received this mascara in a monthly ipsy glam bag. I was instantly in love with it and went out to buy it at Shoppers Drug Mart for $28 CAD. I like the way it lengthens the look of your eyelashes right away... +
Like most of the other ladies here I had received this mascara in a monthly ipsy glam bag. I was instantly in love with it and went out to buy it at Shoppers Drug Mart for $28 CAD. I like the way it lengthens the look of your eyelashes right away. It comes on a little thick but not enough to clump up. The shade of black is perfect and gives it that wow factor. Like most mascaras its life length is 6 months. I absolutely love love love this product and aside from the price there is nothing that I would change. I can now put aside the false lashes and go out looking fresh with Smashbox X-Rated Mascara. I highly recommend this product to the ladies that are looking for the extra length, depth and over all shock factor !!!! 5 stars in book !!!! -

Ahhhhhhhhhhh for the love of chocolate everyone should at least try this delicious desert at least once (I can guarantee it wont stop there). I must start by saying that I am not a big ice cream fan and will usually pass on it at parties. But..... It was really hot out the other day and I had been doing chores for the better part of the afternoon and looked for something refreshing to drink. I opened up the freezer to grab a few ice cubes and low and behold there was a box of Magnum Double Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream Bars. I decided to take one for the for the boyfriend and I. Nice packaging was the first thing that came to mind. Sounds simple but I am just being honest here. I opened it up and right away noticed the M stamp on the bottom of the chocolate, "cool" I thought, they put a lot into this. The boyfriend said "its like an elite desert". "You got that right!" I said. So while eating this delicious snack I realized that unlike other chocolate covered ice cream bars the chocolate wasn't falling off with every bite. It wasn't even messy !!! How could this be? An chocolate covered ice cream bar that leaves no mess whatsoever and doesn't melt before you get to the end. This was by far the best Ice Cream Bar that I have every tried and have purchased more since. The only thing that I would maybe improve upon is the amount you get in a box, maybe even 4 or six? 3 is an odd number and we all like to share don't we? I would highly recommend this bar to everyone !!!! 5 stars !!!! -

I start this review by letting you readers know the hell that my hair has been through over the past couple years. If any of you have dyed your hair black and then wanted to go bleached blonde you are already aware of the horror that comes with it. After multiple bleaching's your hair becomes brittle and breaks at the slightest tug, rub or brushing. Its horrible !!!
I was at Sally's looking for something that would save as much of my hair as it could without having to cut it all off. I was told to try MYSTIC DIVINE LUMINOUS SHINE and use it as a replacement for shampoo and conditioner. My mouth dropped because I rely on my conditioner but hey I figured that lady knows best if she's working in Sally's. I went home and immediately used the product. It smelt awesome and to this day whenever I use it people will ask what I use and of course I gladly tell them. This product alone has not only save my hair, it has totally changed its texture and shine. My hair shines again!!!
I used the product at first in place of my shampoo and conditioning routine however after a few weeks I started to use it once every 1-2 weeks. The reason for doing so is because it became a little oily looking (yes that much hydration and shine)
I not only would recommend this product to those of you who feel like your hair is damaged from over processing but also to those of you who get the 'frizz'. I have tried it on my nieces hair because she gets the frizzy from time to time and it worked wonders. Give it a try, you cant go wrong its a great product at a great price !!

When you reach your 40's you start to search the market for the best anti-aging creams. Forget the healthy eating, water drinking and exercise routines WE WANT RESULTS NOW !!!! So with this logic I found myself walking down the isles at the local drug mart searching for a miracle worker. Low and behold I find shining before me a box of NIVEA Q10 PLUS ANTI-WRINKLE EYE CARE. The product claims to visibly reduce the look of wrinkles around the eyes and to gradually minimize the look of dark circles under your eyes. "Sounds good to me" I thought and hey bonus it's on sale ! I grabbed the box and headed to the cashier eyes wide open (just to hide how much I really needed the stuff). So I went about the rest of my day as usual and then night time came and it was time to start the test. It says on the box to use daily but I chose to use it before bed. I did my cleansing, toning and moisturizing then duh duh duh Q10 time. I patted the product gently into my skin under the eyes and off to the side and then thought hey it couldn't hurt to pat some on my marionette lines (you know, those pesky lines at the side of your lips that droop down to your chin).
I have to say that after a couple of weeks I have noticed a big change in the way my eyes look, I am sending those bags packing ! Now the wrinkles are not 100% gone and the bags are still lingering around but not as much as before. I will continue using NIVEA'S Q10 PLUS ANTI-WRINKLE EYE CARE because it works. I would highly recommend this to those of you who are on the market for something new in eye care. It's light weight, absorbs fast and comes as a fragrance free formula.

I am a 44 year old fart that saw the opportunity to try a night time cream from VICHY. The cream that I tested is VICHY'S LIFTACTIV SUPREME NIGHT CREAM which I used in conjunction with the VICHY LIFTACTIV SERUM 10 SUPREME. I have always used the same moisturiser for my morning and night face cleansing regimen. This was a fabulous experiment for me even though it seemed like a lot of product to use all at once (including my cleanser and toner). I have fairly soft skin to begin with but this product has added that extra glow and I have seen a noticeable change in the way my wrinkles and marionette lines have been disappearing. Seeing that I used both products together at night time for the first couple of weeks I decided to just use the cream and dropped the serum before bedtime. The results were fairly the same so I decided that I could use this cream as a stand alone product for night time. It is just that effective on its own. It protects my skin and I don't have to worry about it getting dry while I toss and turn all night long.
Thank You VICHY for helping me stay youthful looking even while I sleep !!!

Let me start by saying that I am 44 years old and I have always used the same moisturizer for morning that I use for night so this was a nice little experiment pour moi. I tested the VICHY LIFTACTIV SUPREME DAY CREAM in conjunction with the VICHY LIFTACTIV SERUM 10 SUPREME. I waited at least 5 - 10 minutes to apply the cream after the serum as to give the products time to work independently. I did find that the day cream was a bit milky however it did not affect how easy it was to apply. It was very light weight and a little went a long way. I looked fresh and wide awake soon after applying it. Wrinkles and marionette lines were visibly reduced after just a couple weeks ! Now to be completely honest I am not sure if its because I used both products together or if it was one product working more than the other but I feel rejuvenated every morning !!! I look younger and my skin has never felt smoother than it does today.
I would highly recommend VICHY'S LIFTACTIV SUPREME DAY CREAM to those fighting them pesky wrinkles and those who like to feel alive at daybreak. Its worth every penny !!!

So here I am, it's the new me thanks to Vichy's LIFTACTIV SERUM 10 SUPREME ! I have always thought of myself as being a person who takes pride in my facial cleansing. Morning and night I would wash, tone and moisturize my face to keep a youthful glow on my 44 year old skin. Sadly I had never heard of (or paid attention to) facial serums. This was all new to me so obviously I was not sure exactly how to use it at first. I was anxious to get started, so the first night I cleansed my face as usual and then applied the serum as I would moisturizer.... Eek what a mistake that was. I felt my face burning quite a bit but thought maybe its because its working and that's what it does. I looked in the mirror a while later and noticed my face was slightly swollen, nothing really to worry about so I jumped on to the internet to see how other people applied face serums. I was suppose to put only a few drops in my hand, rub them together and just lightly pat my face holding gently for 3 to 5 seconds everywhere and then down to my neck. Phew the next couple of weeks were much better using these simple words of advice. I was a newbie so mistakes were made but I am happy that I learnt a new thing. They really should have included instructions on how to use it properly.
Now on to the actual review.
Vichy Laboratories has put together an age defying product that has made my face appear not only years younger but much smoother and brighter. I wanted to give the product more than just 10 days to be able to give it a better review. The product is easy to apply with its little pump dropper. There is barely any smell to the product thus making it pleasant to apply to your face. The serum is fast acting leaving your face feeling moisturized and smooth almost immediately. I have noticed that the marionette lines and wrinkles around my eyes have been slowing disappearing. I did find that when putting the dropper back into the bottle you would lose some product on the side of the top if you weren't careful. I also found that you had to wash your hands promptly to avoid that sticky feel. The last couple days I have decided to use the product a little more sparingly (mainly because of the bigger price tag) and opted to use the product in the morning to start my day. I feel that it has the same effect just using it once a day.
I am a happy customer and will be looking into using their other products. I have already recommended this to friends and even told the ladies at the local pharmacy to recommend it to those looking for a good face serum.
