I swear by this product. Every once in a while I'll be at Holt Renfrew or Mac or Sephora and spend $40 on some other foundation, and I come back to $10 Dream Matte EVERY SINGLE TIME and wonder why I wasted my money on the more expensive stuff that doesn't do NEARLY as good a job as Dream Matte.
I've been using it for years and I absolutely love it.
My skin is a little on the reddish side and it covers all the redness, even right out of the gym, right up. The coverage is exceptional...any blemishes are instantly concealed. It smooths my HUGE pores right out.
The only downside is that if your skin is dry, it may look a little flakey, but just moisturize before you put on the dream matte and it looks incredibly natural. Even mix the moisturizer with the dream matte on your fingertips before you put it on...
I have about 3 or 4 different shades I go through depending on the time of year. I leave it on half the time (bad, I know) but have never had any problems with it making me break out.
I. love. this. product.

THIS IS THE BEST BRONZER YOU WILL EVER ENCOUNTER. Honestly. It's NOT orange, and gives you a nice natural looking glow without over the top shine. Great for contouring. People complement me on my colour all the time....I use Laguna on my cheek bones and nose and then a bit of blush (not Orgasm..I've never tried it but I hear good things about it) right on the apples of my cheeks and it looks great.
I will never buy another bronzer after Laguna by NARS. It's perfect.

After I stopped being able to find L'Oreal Sublime Bronze (which was the best self-tanner EVER) I started using this product...I use the Firming version for medium/tan skin tones. I'm not noticing a whole lot of firming, but I like the colour it gives me.
However, it does take a few applications to really notice a difference, in contrast to the L'Oreal Sublime Bronze which made you look like you had an August tan almost immediately.
This product is also great for people who are prone to streaks; I have NEVER experienced anything other than a perfectly even tan from Natural Glow, probably because it provides colour gradually....but orange ankles and elbows are not ever an issue with this product.
However, I absolutely HATE the smell of this product. It's vile...something between popcorn and ritz crackers with a little bit of mystery chemical worked in...but it WORKS...so just put it on before bed and follow up with some yummy smelling moisturizer the next day.
For a cheap and cheerful drug store brand tanner, Natural Glow will do the trick.
