doTerra Breathe Oils
These drops are so effective. I just rub a drop on my nose and sinuses and it takes my seasonal allergy breathing challenges right away. It smells good and a little goes a long way. Very potent.

Life nasal strips
I use these strips instead of allergy pills and although they do work, they are not as effective as I would like. They often come unstuck in the night and wind up on my sheets in a gluey mess. Overall, they aren't bad but not amazing.

Doterra peppermint beads
I use these all the time to make my mouth minty before meetings or when I am out. They aren't sugary like gum and don't look gross like chewing gum in public and the essential oils seems to kill bad smell on contact.

As soon as I feel a bit off I take it and it seems to really help. The taste is strong of cloves and other oils but I like it. (My husband says it is strong and can't stand it but he takes it anyway because it works.) -
