I cannot comment on how effective the Children's Tylenol is to treat fever and pain in children as my children were not sick during this trial period where they needed it. Based upon Tylenol's long standing history, I am confident in its effectiveness to relieve fever and pain. I can comment on the product itself and seeing that it is a flavoured dissolvable powder that does not require water makes it appear more like a candy treat than medicine but it is sucrose free. This makes a great option to chewables, pills and gel caplets that children may reject for one reason or another.    -
