This little cup did fill me up more than the regular yogurt and I will buy it again if it goes on sale.

Okay so I am unsure of the "value" category as I got this through product review club, but man to be honest I actually feel able to accomplish my day after mixing one of these up.
I had a bike head injury that has made me feel sluggish for about 6months now and it has been hard to get the energy to workout, but this actually gave me aboost I needed to power through a workout. I don't normally tout things like that, but this worked for me.
I won't buy it regularly as the ingredients are not quite what I was hoping for, in the sugars and milk proteins areas, but I will use up my box of samples for sure pre-workout.

I tried this with its paired shampoo at my friend's place and it worked very well as a conditioner, but not so sure on the climate controlling part. I still had some frizzy hair later back in my humid city. Smells decent though

I usually use Tres Emme if I can - I used this at my friend's place and it left my hair super smooth and soft. I don't know about how Climate Controlling it really is as my hair still got frizzy, but it smells nice and works good to clean.

TRESemmé® Colour Revitalize Protection Conditioner
This is my go-to conditioner when I dye my hair. I always mix a blob of this with a blob of the tube that comes with the dye and my colour lasts a good amount of time. ORIGINALLY the formula seemed different. But I still buy and use this regularly.

Lipton Green Tea Mint Pyramid Tea Bags
I love this tea. The right amount of (low) caffeine and a nice refreshing minty flavour makes my afternoons t work better haha Its bit expensive considering you only get 20 bags but I still buy it as n indulgence.

This shampoo just left my hair feeling clean, period. The scent was alright; there was no buildup afterward and it felt good. I used conditioner after and I combed it out and my hair looked great down for the day.
