I was very excited to try the Nivea Care Nourishing Cream from Chick Advisor as I have very dry skin and a bit of eczema.
First thing I noticed and liked was the smell as it wasn’t very strong and smelled clean. I was surprised that it went on so smooth and didn’t feel oily at all. It immediately absorbed into my skin and I felt moisturized instantly plus it kept me moisturized and feeling silky smooth all day. Love this cream!

I had never tried Annie’s Shells and White Chedder Mac and Cheese before so was excited to try it for free from Family Rated.
I was surprised that the steps to make were a bit different than the KD kind - you need to make the sauce separate and then add to pasta, but it actually made the pasta creamier.
The taste was delicious. Super cheesy and the pasta was nice and tender. My kids absolutely loved and I felt better giving them boxed pasta with healthier ingredients. Will definitely buy instead of KD from now on!

I had never tried Annie’s Classic Cheese Mac and Cheese before so was excited to try it for free from Family Rated.
I was surprised that the steps to make were a bit different than the KD kind - you need to make the sauce separate and then add to pasta, but it actually made the pasta creamier.
The taste was delicious. Super cheesy and the pasta was nice and tender. My kids absolutely loved and I felt better giving them boxed pasta with healthier ingredients. Will definitely buy instead of KD from now on!

I received this product for free from ChickAdvisor to try. I’ve had Power Bars before so was excited to try their new Plant Protein Bar. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to my expectations.
The flavour was Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter so I expected a nice cocoa taste but instead it was super sweet. All I tasted was sugar and it reminded me of eating a rice crispie square. When I looked at the ingredients, the second one is cane sugar which doesn’t seem very healthy. I appreciate it gives you 10g of protein but don’t think it’s very healthy overall so if you’re looking for a healthy protein bar, this isn’t it. Won’t be buying this again!

I was lucky enough to try the Aveeno Ultra-Calming Hydrating Gel Cleanser for free from ChickAdvisor. I have very sensative skin so find it difficult to use soap products on my face. This cleanser was super gentle on my skin and make my face feel dry. After using it a few days, I found my skin to feel softer and less dry.
I also like that it doesn’t have any smell or residue after washing it off. Would highly recommend.

I received the Aveeno Ultra Calming Sensative Skin Daily Moisturizing with SPF 30 from ChickAdvisor to try for free. I was expecting the texture to be smoother like a moisturizer but it feels more like a sunscreen. It’s very thick so it’s difficult to spread and you have to use a fair amount to cover your whole face. It also felt a bit oily after applying.
I do like that it has no smell and it also helped alleviate redness on my skin. I went out in the sun and found the spf coverage to work great. I would use this in the summer time if I was planning to go to the beach but don’t think it’s a good product as a daily moisturizer.
