These Emergen-C sachet's to mix with water are devine. I don't fully understand the science behind it but they are a cure-all solution to any problem. Hungover? Emergen-C. Low energy? Emergen-C. Bad day? Emergen-C. They make you feel amazing and revitalized as if someone gave you a surge of positive energy. The taste however leaves a lot to be desired. I have tried orange, acai berry, strawberry kiwi and lemon-lime (which was the best) but all of them are kind of nasty to me. For best taste I suggest mixing with ice water. -

Not normally am I a chocolate fan but these protein bars just hit the spot. I enjoy the little chocolate chips sprinkled inside as well as the chocolate shell. The texture of these bars is a little chalky (as expected of a protein bar) but I really just enjoy them. Pure Protein bars don't have great nutritional value, opting to use cheap forms of highly processed proteins, as well as alternative sweetners which spike bloodsugar among other things but can still none the less be enjoyed from occasion as a treat. If you are in the market for a lower calorie chocolate bar with a decent protein content this is for you. -

I absolutely love this line (Promasil) of protein powder by Rivalus. Since first discovering it, I've tried the flavours, Cookies and Cream, Strawberry Creme, and Vanilla Soft serve; all of which are delicious. This is one of the few protein powders, to me, that don't have a funny aftertaste or very strong "protein" flavour. The ingredients are a nice balance of different proteins, which digest at different rates keeping you energized throughout the day. I don't love the inclusion of "natural flavours" in the ingredients but it is not a deal breaker by any means. The texture is also not as finely ground as some more expensive protein powders on the market, but it is definetly not grainy and you likely won't notice unless sampling against another powder. Definetly recommend and will continue to purchase. -

nivea care and orange body wash
The scent is really nice on this body wash. Nothing spectacular about the wash itself necissarily, but it gets the job done. It doesn't dry out my skin and I would buy it again, as I have not grown tired of the smell. Affordable as well.

I don't have many issues with my skin (normal skin type, with the occasional breakout) but since wearing masks has become essential in daily life, I have began to breakout on and around my chin area. However, after purchasing this, rather expensive, solution, my breakouts have been relatively under control. I use it once daily after my shower before applying moisturizer and I will often notice breakouts disapearing over night. This solution is excellent if you have the finacial means of purchasing it. -
