I was a bit disapointed by this product, as it is less efficient than antibiotic and or hydro-cortisone ointments I usually use for minor skin wounds or irritations. Most importantly, it has a toxic smell that feels like it is full of chemical products. Not for me!

I was amazed by the immediate effect on the dryness and itchiness of my hands and forearms.
Applying it twice a day is enough, and the effect is lasting.
The only setback is the smell. It's supposed to have no smell but it does have a very discreetly annoying smell for the first minute, and then it fades away. I usually prefer creams with nice fresh smells.

I first applied PanOxyl on a an active blemish, thinking it was its purpose... and it worked! It actually helped heal the blemish quickly. Then I started applying it on dark spots, cause I have a few. I must say it did brighten them, as they are now some 40% less visible. It's a great product. Patches are invisible and stay put all day or all night. I will buy this product for a longer use.

I don't really have a sensitive skin, but I feel that my skin benefited from this cream. it became softer and most of all it had a matifying effect and it was absorbed quickly. I like that it has enough SPF for everyday use.
