I loved having the opportunity to try this product for free through Butterly. As one of my favourite brands, Batiste has always been a trusted name for hair care to me and I was so excited to try this new formula out!
This new formula easily became a permanent addition to my nighttime hair care routine. I applied it to my roots, went to bed, and woke up with fresh, clean hair throughout the week.
As a curly-haired girl, it helped add to - and maintain - my hair’s natural volume between washes. It blended perfectly into my roots and scalp without leaving any white, powdery residue.
The beautiful hints of jasmine and rose earned me many compliments, as well, with lots of people mistaking my dry shampoo for a new perfume. Talk about a win-win!
Since I received this, I purchased a bottle to have on hand in case of a rainy day - with fresh, voluminous hair. 10/10 and would definitely recommend!

I tried the sample of the Shu Uemura cleansing oil. The sample was very generous and the oil didn’t cause me any breakouts. It had a nice light fragrance to it and didn’t feel heavy on the skin. It rinsed off easily, as well; however, after going over my face with toner, it still picked up makeup residue. Overall, the oil cleanser was a good product, though it could be a little more effective in taking off makeup. -
