The Nicorette Stop Smoking App for Apple is intuitive and easy to use. It connects to the Nicorette QuickMist Smart Track device really easily and registers the 'taps' from the QuickMist quickly and reliably. The guided smoking cessation plan is reasonable and workable. The downside for me is that it is designed for cigarette smokers but there isn't an equivalent for vapers. It would help me a lot more to track 'puffs' rather than cigarettes, so instead I was just trying to estimate how many puffs I had and how many cigarettes it was equal to. If they added a puff tracker option the app would be pretty perfect. -
The Nicorette Quick Mist Smart Track has a lot going for it: it's easy to use, it's small and convenient to carry, it does help with nicotine cravings, and it connects easily to the Nicorette app with no issues. There are some down sides however:... +
The Nicorette Quick Mist Smart Track has a lot going for it: it's easy to use, it's small and convenient to carry, it does help with nicotine cravings, and it connects easily to the Nicorette app with no issues. There are some down sides however: I'm not sure if it's the mint flavour or the nicotine but the spray is really harsh and made my tongue burn and my eyes water. I also found that minutes after using the spray I'd have heartburn lasting for about 15 minutes. This meant that I couldn't use it as often as I wanted/needed since it caused so much discomfort, and also made it far less likely that I would use it when out socially. That said, the discomfort also meant that I didn't do any extra snacking - so I haven't gained any weight while I've been quitting smoking - I actually lost a little! -
The Kraft Hazelnut spread was smooth and very comparable to the *other hazelnut spread* we're all used to, just slightly less sweet, which I appreciated. I had it on a croissant, but it would work on anything.

I normally use a different grocery store's delivery service, but tried out Voila/Sobeys as I received a great promotion/discount for their new offering.
The Voila/Sobeys website was easy to use, the prices/price per 100g etc were clearly stated. The prices, in general were good, and they had a number of good sales as well. The delivery fee was very reasonable.
I really liked that the availability for the products was precise. With other stores, I've always had to just place an order and then wait until the delivery to see what wasn't available or had to be substituted.
The only downside I found was that the range of products was somewhat smaller than I'm accustomed to, but that was easy to work around as there was still a lot offered.
The delivery was made by a super nice gentleman, and all the items were packed/bagged safely. I was slightly disappointed that the drivers are not allowed to accept tips, and the website doesn't not allow you to add one.
All in all, things were great, and I will use this service again!
