I love this toothpaste. My teeth are not yellow or anything, but I like the extra whiteness that using a whitening toothpaste can give your smile (Plus I am an avid coffee and tea drinker so I like to do what I can to make sure my pearly whites stay, well, pearly white). This toothpaste makes me wonder why anyone spends more on expensive white strips, or cosmetic bleaching. It works wonders on my teeth. Every time I start using it again people ask me if I’ve had my teeth whitened! It is to be used in the night because the idea is that is whitens your teeth as you sleep and you “brush away stains” in the morning. I think it really does do what it says.
I have also tried the regular Vivid White (not the night version) but have been disappointed – I don’t think it works quite as well. I like the Invigorating Mint flavour (I think that’s what it’s called) but in any event, stay away from the Moonlight Mint Flavour. It’s such a weird taste you will not be compelled to use it night after night, and how will the toothpaste really do its thing if you’re not using it? (But of course taste is obviously completely subjective…)

These are like the miracle drug for me. Whenever I have a bad headache I take one of these right away and my headache is completely gone within 20 minutes or so. AMAZING! If (on the off chance) that your headache doesn’t disappear completely, you can take two, or even get the next strength up, which is Advil Extra Strength (also amazing!) These are a lot stronger because they are meant for migraine relief. -

These are good headbands if you want to quickly pull your hair back from your face, but they do not have longevity. They break within a few months of using them (semi-regularly … I use one every morning and every night to pull my bangs back when I wash my face). They do not hurt your head any more or less than any other headband. However they are fun and cheap, (they cost about 5-6 bucks, and you get 6 … one red, one brown, a clear black, a frosted black, a navy blue and a clear) so I would recommend them to have lying around for a quick and easy style. Also note that they do not travel well. -

I agree with the previous review. These masquerade as being great for you, but if you're serious about getting more fiber you're probably better off with the cereal. I don't even find them to be that yummy because I got the peanut butter kind and found it to be sickly sweet. Don't get me wrong I am all about the sweet treats, but its not cool when you're trying to have a healthy breakfast type snack and you feel like you're eating a Hershey bar. Also, there are only 5 in a box, which I find to be too few for the price you pay. -

I love love love the Body Shop's Vanilla Spice line (its their holiday line). This lip balm is great, it smells wonderful, and has a hint of shimmer. It could do a better job of moisturizing your lips, but I think you buy it for the scent, not the ability to moisturize. Its kind of pricey for what you get, but like any pot lip balm, it does last a while, and it worth a little indulgence just for the DIVINE scent! -

I got this product on sale for $1.99 and it was a GREAT value for that price (and even if you bought it regular price). It is a thick lotion for your feet that relieves dry skin. It is cooling and smells like peppermint. I use this after I get out of the shower, use a pumice stone on my heels, and follow up with this lotion. I do this twice a week, and my feet are so soft, I hardly need to do it at all. Great product. -

I got a sample of this lotion the other day and I have to say that I LOVE IT! The scent is a little strong for me, but it doesn't linger. It soaks into your skin immediately, which is amazing, and my skin feels SO super soft for at least a day after I use it. Plus it is 92% natural, which makes it even better. Hydrate has jojoba oil, agave extract and cactus extract. There are also 2 other kinds which have things like almond oil in them. I will definitely be trying these out next. It is a teensy bit pricey, but thats the price you pay (no pun intended) for natural products I guess. Definitely worth a try! -

I like this facial cleanser a lot. Generally I don't like foaming cleansers because I find that they dry out my skin, but this one did not. It has witch hazel which is a natural cleansing ingredient. It is a creamy cleanser that foams when you lather. It does a great job of removing my make-up and leaves my skin feeling really clean. My only complaint is that it often gives my skin that tight feeling after I use it, so I think it is a little strong for my skin. -

I have been using Proactiv for quite a while now, but recently it has been drying out my skin, and my results seem to have peaked, so I decided to try a new (more gentle) cleanser. After reading the fabulous reviews here I decided to give Philosophy a try.
I have combination/oily skin, which is also slightly acne prone. As I mentioned I had been using Proactiv so my skin was fairly clear. Purity improved the overall texture and tone of my skin -- it looked soft and smooth. My pores appeared smaller and tighter, and my skin had an overall dewy glow. I felt that my skin was perfectly hydrated as well. It is a bit of a heavy cleanser, but it did not make my skin feel too oily which I was very happy about. It also claims to be an all-in-one cleanser, meaning that it is a cleanser, make-up remover and toner as well. I think they made good on these claims, because it did a great job of making my skin feel wonderfully clean as well as totally removing my make-up.
Now for the bad. My acne began to come back after several weeks of using this cleanser. I cannot (and will not) hold this against the cleanser though because it does not claim anywhere that it fights acne, nor does it have active acne fighting ingredients in it, so I know that I used it at my own risk. I have since gone back to my trusty old Proactiv, but will still use Purity in the morning until it runs out.
I also have to note that many commented on the scent being bad, but I really like it. I can't quite describe it, but it smells clean and fresh, and the closest comparison I can make to it is the fresh smell of laundry (but even that is more of the feeling it gives me, rather than a description of the actual scent itself).
It is relatively expensive for a cleanser, but as many noted, you don't need to use a lot each time (a little goes a long way) so it will last for a while. Also, if you achieve the results many claim to, it is well worth the money. If I did not have acne prone skin, I would have been 110% satisfied. Give it a try! I got a little bottle from Sephora for $14.
Next, I think I will try their Completely Clear Skin System, because I was very happy with the quality of this product overall.

I bought this brush recently because I had been using a Goody one (the kind that has holes in the barrel so it speeds drying) but it was plastic and my hair would always get caught (and ripped out I might add!) in the metal ring that held the handle to the body of the brush. Needless to say I went in search of a new round brush for drying my bangs, and occasionally straightening my hair (I have curly hair with side bangs, which I blow dry straight everyday. I also like to blow my hair straight occasionally, when I have the patience for it).
This brush does not have holes in the barrel, so it does take a little extra time to dry when compared to that kind of a brush. However, the boar bristles MORE than make up for that. They make my hair smooth, sleek and silky. Also, the fact that the brush is one solid piece of wood means no more hairs being ripped out of my head! My only complaint is that it does make my hair a little staticy, which my other brush did not. All around though, a very good buy for a drug store hair product.
