Anything that is good enough for a baby is good enough for me. Like others have mentioned, I use baby oil as soon as I come out of the shower to lock in moisture and it does a terrific job. I would recommend however making sure you do it in the night, because if you're anything like me and in a bit of a rush in the morning, it is a little messy, and also takes a few extra minutes to soak in. (Also, if you don't let it soak in completely it could rub off on your dress pants say, and no one wants that!) Plus, I love how silky my skin is when I wake up in the morning having used it the night before (I have read that your skin absorbs more moisture in the night, so moisturizing in the night is better regardless of the type of lotion/oil).
I have used it to remove eye make-up but have found that it makes my eyes kinda blurry (because it likes to stick around on your lashes) so I try to avoid this unless I'm in a pinch.
I use the aloe kind and it helps to soothe my skin after shaving. My sisters did tell me that I smell like a baby after I use it though, which is fine with me, however now that I have read that there are scented ones to perhaps I will look into those.

This is without a doubt the best hand lotion I have ever used. It doesn't leave your hands greasy AT ALL, and it soaks in almost immediately. It soothes extra dry skin (especially the kind you get in the winter). I like the scented one, although some people say the scent is too strong. I have also used the unscented one but find that it is a little watery in comparison to the thickness of the original, and also, it leaves my hands slightly greasy. DEFINITELY worth a try! -

I normally love Dove products, but I cannot stand this one. The lotion is supposed to be nourishing for 24 hours, but I feel that it moisturizes for about 10 minutes. I am a moisturizing freak, and I do not have particularly dry hands, even in the winter. However, this hand lotion doesn’t even do the job on my fairly normal skin! It is thin and watery, and if you’re not careful it drips everywhere when you open it. The only redeeming quality it has is that is smells very nice. It doesn’t make your hands greasy at all, which is also good, but if it doesn’t moisturize your hands at the same time, none of those things matter. Plus it’s not cheap as far as hand lotions go (about 8 bucks for a measly 75 mL)! Don’t waste your money. Sorry Dove, you have a lot of great products, but this just isn’t one of them. -

This lip gloss is my new best friend. It has the cool minty tingle of the original Burt’s Bees Lip Balm, and beautiful colour! I got it in Rhubarb and was so happy! It is a dark pinkish/red colour and it looks great with my skin tone! It adds the exact right amount of colour, without being overpowering like some lipsticks can be. Not to mention its lip balm and lip colour all in one! That allows me to skip the lip gloss over lip balm two-step process. And let’s face it, anything that gets you out the door faster in the morning is a Godsend. LOVE IT -

I recently tried this nail polish in Dark Royal Blue and I was truly impressed. It didn’t chip for 5 whole days, and when it did they were tiny chips! Like someone else mentioned, I got bored with the colour before it wore off. That NEVER happens. I also like the brush (it’s not too wide). I had to apply two coats, but that is because it is a dark colour, and those always look better with two coats. Dark Royal Blue is a fun colour for girls who like dark nails, but don’t want the severity of actual black. This colour looks black, and then in the light it shines royal blue … so fun! Highly recommend. -

I have to admit, I didn't think I was going to like this mascara, because I am not one for lengthening mascaras (I prefer volumizing) but I actually really liked it. It makes my lashes very long, and the best part is that is holds curl marvellously. I had some struggles trying to apply it at first, because I am not used to the thin, hard, comb like wand (as I said, I usually use volumizing formulas, and thus am used to thick fibre rich brushes) but I got used to it. It separates the lashes, and it's really hard to make it clump. With a couple of coats I have long dark lashes. As other have noted, it does not volumize at all, but you can't fault it for that because it doesn't claim to be. I think that for the most part, it lives up to its claims, minus the black patent shine. I didn't think my lashes were particularly shiny, but who wants that anyway? Let's not go overboard with the whole stiletto theme now people. I don't want my lashes looking wet!!
Overall, a great lengthening mascara that I would buy again.

I like this product. I should preface this review by saying that I have a fairly medium skin tone to begin with, so I don’t think streaking has as much of an effect on my skin as it would for fairer skin tones (however I could be wrong). Also, I have never used other self-tanning products so I can’t fairly compare it to others on the market, I can only speak from my experience with this one product.
After using it about 2-3 times your skin shows a healthy bronze glow, which is not orange at all. I got several compliments on my skin tone, with people asking if I had gotten some sun over the weekend when I used it. I like to use it at the beginning of the summer season when my skin hasn’t tanned naturally yet.
As other reviewers noted, it does smell awful. Also, you do have to make sure that you wash your hands really well after application, because it did stain my nails a kind of brownish orange colour which was pretty gross.
Overall, I think it’s a good buy because it’s relatively cheap, and the results aren’t so drastic that a good exfoliation in the shower couldn’t fix it easily.

This mascara was truly awful. I never have high expectations with lines as cheap as Rimmel but occasionally they surprise you. The only reason I bought it was because there was a special at Pharma Plus and it was only 1.99. How could I not try it for that price?? I mean at the very least I could write a review. And after using it 3 times, I decided that was all I was going to get from it.
This mascara is just terrible. It didn’t look like I had anything on my lashes, except for the fact that my lashes were clumped together for no apparent reason. Not to mention it stung my eyes (maybe I have sensitive eyes?). It did very little of anything so I just chucked it out. Don’t waste your money.
Also, (I know this is a superficial observation) but the name Extra Super Lash is just silly to begin with … especially if your product doesn’t actually deliver on those claims.

I used to use this mascara religiously until I discovered Maybelline New York Colossal Volum' Express Mascara. This mascara is good but not amazing. I like the simple volume it gave me – by that I mean, it certainly gave me volume, it just wasn’t amazing volume (and definitely not up to the standard that Colossal has achieved). It made my lashes darker and thicker, and my favourite part was that it didn’t make them crispy and hard like some mascaras do – my lashed remained feathery soft, which was a huge plus for me.
My only complaint is that the bottle doesn’t do a good job of taking off the excess product as you remove the wand, so there ends up being a lot of actual product on the wand each time (I noticed this more after the bottle had been opened for a little while.) The product comes out very thick (obviously, it’s a volumizing mascara!) which I didn’t like, and made it very messy to apply after a while. It’s ok if you wipe the wand clean and take out some more mascara. Also, because of this the product ends up being very clumpy. I am thinking this is just a problem with the actual life of the mascara – perhaps it doesn’t last as long as some other brands/types and the clumpiness can be attributed to this.
Overall I really do like this mascara – it is a good stand by, and I would go back to it anytime (that is if my love affair with Colossal ends any time soon!)

This used to be my absolute favourite mascara. The only reason I started trying new ones was because I broke two bottles in a row, and was very annoyed. (My love for the product itself is usually enough to endure flimsy packaging but this was NOT cool … I try to screw the wand in very tight so no air gets in and my mascara lasts a long time. Well this mascara has a small metal thingy (for lack of a better word) that the wand screws into, and TWICE in a row, I screwed it in too tightly, and the metal part of the bottle snapped off onto the wand, leaving the tube filled with my mascara completely naked, and useless. I had to throw it out and was very unimpressed.) Anyways, for the product itself:
The brush is very thick, but I like that about a mascara brush. Once you get used to it, I find it easier to manipulate than a thin brush. The product itself clumps as much as any mascara would if you put on a number of coats, but luckily you don’t have to because this mascara gives you a lovely “fan” of lashes right from the first coat. If they ever decided to change their shoddy packaging, I would buy it again.
