I love this facial lotion. When I went to The Body Shop I spoke to a sales associate, and she explained that the seaweed line is for people with combination/oily skin (like me!) I told her that I have used the Tea Tree Oil line before and although I have the occasional blemish, this line dried out my skin. She said that line is designed to reduce breakouts, but also to reduce oil, and suggested that since I have combination skin that I should go for the Seaweed line instead because it is designed to even out my skin – give it moisture where it needs it, and control oil when it needs that. I have to say this product did just that – it hydrated my skin, and it also helped to control shine in my t-zone. It also contains SPF 15 which I love, because I refuse to use a daily facial lotion that does not contain sunscreen. I highly recommend this product to anyone with combination skin, and suggest that you go into The Body Shop to check out the whole line. -

I am a huge fan of this lotion. I generally like Body Shop products, and this one is certainly no exception. I used it for the first time in a tiny version as a free gift, and as it started to run out, I knew I had to buy more. I picked it up the other day as part of their skin care promotion (buy 2 skin care products, get 1 free) and am very satisfied. It is a rather small tub for a relatively large price tag, but since it is such a thick lotion I think it will last a long time, and be well worth it. I love the Vitamin E line because it is supposed to be for all skin types, and it also contains olive oil and shea butter, both of which are amazing moisturizers. This particular lotion is for very dry skin, however I have combination (dry/oily) skin and I haven’t had any problems with clogged pores, extra oiliness or breakouts, which is sometimes the case with heavy moisturizers. I think this is an excellent product to give your skin extra oomph … I use it at night to keep my skin hydrated and it has really improved the overall look of my skin – my skin appears firm, pores look smaller and my skin has a lovely radiance! This is definitely a great buy! -

I really like this colour a lot. It is a little sparkly which I don’t like, but the colour itself is bright and beautiful. It goes on fairly easy, although I think a primer would help the true colour a lot in this case. Overall a nice shadow.

The great thing though, is that you can use only a couple of the colours for a daytime look, and add more for evening. I was not too impressed with how sheer the eye colour was, and felt that I had to put a lot on in order to achieve a bright look. I assume a primer would remedy this situation. What I do like about this product though is that for eye shadow dummies such as me, it makes it easy by labeling each colour with where it should be used on your eye, and also by putting a step by step guide on the label at the back. I think overall this is a good product for experimenting, but I don’t think I would buy it again because of its staying power and sheerness. -

I also agree with Becky about the sparkly factor. The lid colour which is a kind of grayish silvery colour is too sparkly for my liking. Klean Kanteen Bottles

I am very happy with this product. I recently decided to make the switch to a stainless steel water bottle because I always need to have water with me (one of my weird obsessions, I cannot have a purse that is too small to fit a water bottle lol) and I did not like the idea of plastic (re-usable) bottles leaching chemicals into my body, or the idea of plastic (throw-away) bottles filling landfills because of my need for water.
I did my research for a while and decided that the Klean Kanteen was the bottle I wanted. The other leading brand is SIGG, which are Swiss made and of very high quality. However SIGG water bottles are made of aluminum and have a coating on the inside which I have heard can also leach toxins into your body. The Klean Kanteen on the other hand is completely stainless steel, and does not have any artificial coatings on the inside. While the SIGG water bottles are slightly lighter than the Klean Kanteen, it’s not by much, and carrying a water bottle around is heavy anyway, so I think this is a minor issue. The only small complaint I have about my Klean Kanteen is that the logo is flaking off, which makes my bottle look old and kind of sad. I wish it would stay on, but I don't think this is too big a deal.
The water bottles range in size and price. I got the 27 oz for about 20 bucks, but they also have smaller and bigger bottles. I have the loop cap, so I can clip put it into my backpack for example, but they also have flat caps and sport caps (the kind you have to suck). They have also recently come out with colored bottles, which are cool. The SIGG water bottles have really pretty designs as well, but again you have to make the personal decision as to which brand is better for you.
The bottles are relatively easy to find now; you can find them at health food stores, or I got mind at Europe Bound. They are pricey when you think you are spending 20 dollars for a water bottle, but in the long run you are saving so much money because you are not constantly buying plastic bottles of water for $1.25. You get a return on this investment almost immediately if you drink a lot of water everyday.
Overall, I would recommend this bottle to everyone, because it is a very environmentally conscious, cost effective, and a healthy choice all around.

This is my absolute FAVOURITE body butter!! Its texture and performance are the same as all the other body butters, but I find that this one somehow sinks in easier, and doesn't leave my skin as greasy. The best part about it though is the smell. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the scent of coconut, and always get compliments on how good I smell when I use this product. I love body butters as opposed to using perfume because it hydrates my skin AND smells great at the same time, and this product is the best of the bunch when it comes to achieving this. I ALWAYS have some at home :) -

I like this one a lot and would reccommend it if you like the texture and performance of body butters, but don't like using strongly perfumed lotions. -

I really like this product. I have used it in the past, and was definitely happy with it, and now I have recently starting using it again. It really does fade your blemish scars (those drive me CRAZY!!) and it is a nice hydrating lotion (its almost a gel-lotion texture). It is kind of pricy for such a small bottle, but I find if you only use it on areas that need fading, you can make it last a really long time. -
