I think the caffeine helps, but also I'm probably addicted to caffeine which doesn't help the headache in the first place! Tylenol doesn't usually work for me so I go for something else. But this did the trick! -

This is honestly the best smelling deodorant that I've ever used. I was pleasantly surprised, because natural deodorant usually isn't all that exciting. This one smells exactly like pineapple and gives me a taste of the tropics while I'm stuck quarantined in Northern Ontario. Also surprising for a natural deodorant, it lasted all day, including through a fairly intense shoveling session! I'd definitely buy again. The only thing I'd like to see is plastic-free packaging to make it even better for the environment. -

This is honestly the best smelling deodorant that I've ever used. I was pleasantly surprised, because natural deodorant usually isn't all that exciting. This one smells exactly like pineapple and gives me a taste of the tropics while I'm stuck quarantined in Northern Ontario. Also surprising for a natural deodorant, it lasted all day, including through a fairly intense shoveling session! I'd definitely buy again. Usually I buy butter for the health benefits, but I do keep margarine on hand as well. I thought I'd give these bricks a try because, well, I got them for free! My first use for them (and only, so far) was for chicken wing sauce. It uses a whole stick of butter usually, so I swapped it for the Becel margarine sticks. I literally couldn't tell the difference! It looks like butter, smells like butter, and tastes like butter. Actually, it melted better than butter, which is a major pro! It's not unreasonably priced either. I'm excited to try it in popcorn and for baking! I would buy it again! -

Zevia is a relatively unique soda brand, as it does not sweeten its products with sugar or artificial sweeteners. It uses natural sweeteners and stevia extract. Of course, this soda does not taste as sweet as more mainstream brands. However, if you are addicted to carbonation, like I am, these beverages are a perfect treat that won't spike your blood sugar and leave you feeling bloated and guilty. Grape is my favourite flavour, as it tastes almost like Grape Crush, without the ridiculous amount of sugar. It's sweetened with natural grape juice and stevia. Of course, having higher quality ingredients leads the Zevia brand to be more expensive, and more difficult to find outside of high priced health food stores. If cost isn't an issue, I would highly recommend this product. -

These fizz tablets from Arbonne are a very good quality product that give you a good energy boost, without added caffeine or sugar. I tried pomegranate flavour, which was very pleasant. You add these tablets to a glass of water and they dissolve within 10 or so minutes. For more concentrated flavour, use less water. As someone who is trying to limit pop and juice intake, these tablets provide a good addition to water without sugar or artificial sweeteners. They are sweetened with natural flavours and stevia extract. The major drawback is the price. For 20 tablets, I paid about $25-$30. Arbonne has high quality, natural products, so the high price is a given with this company. If you can afford them, they are great. -

Usually I associate the Vex cooler brand with cheap drinks. This flavour is no exception, as it was around $10 for 6 coolers, which is quite a bit cheaper than other brands. I am also usually disappointed with many flavours of Vex, as the alcohol tastes too concentrated (they have 7% vodka content), and the flavours too artificial. However, this particular flavour is delicious. It tastes just like cream soda, and you can barely taste the alcohol. For someone who doesn't like the taste of alcohol, that is a bonus. For those who enjoy the taste of alcohol, these would not be a good choice. However, they are refreshing and easy to drink. For those watching their sugar intake, however, may want to avoid them. -
