This is my day time serum. This product is meant to be used on clean and toned skin before you apply your moisturizer. The dropper gives you only one drop at a time. You need to apply it immediately because it dries very quickly. I need to use two drops- one for the face and the second one for the neck. It absorbs into my skin well. I like this product a lot. Worth trying. -

I tried this product and I wanted to like it. I don't think it worked well for me. It reminded me of a bottle of pink nail polish by the design. The texture was a little thick and creamy. I used it to highlight and the results were so-so. It didn't help much. I found the product was too pink and pearly for my liking. I know you're supposed to use a few dots at a time but I found that my hands were covered in a shimmering mess. It wasn't the best product from Benefit. A little disappointing. -

It's a corn whiskey that has an apple pie flavour. I had a sample at the LCBO and Hello! It smells of apples and cinnamon. A medium gold colour. The tiny sample lingered in my mouth. It comes in a mason jar size of 750 ml and the alcohol content is at 35%. It's made in the U.S and has that Southern vibe of moonshine in the mason jars. It's easy to drink or sip. It makes for a good mixer with fruity beverages or iced tea or in a punch or sparkling water, etc. Many ideas here! You need a bit at a time with the high alcohol content. A little does goes a long way. It can be enjoyed with that sweet taste of apples and cinnamon. It was $29.95. Normally, I don't go for whiskeys but this was different. I don't know how long this product will last but I wasn't going to think twice about it. -

Even though, it's a Campbell's product, it was surprisingly tasty with a Thai flavour and a kick to it! It's brand new. It was $2 a can at Walmart and then $2 at the local Valu- Mart. A special price. I didn't think this was going to be good but I'm surprised that it was really worthwhile. Worth trying! -

This product is supposed to keep your lip colour from bleeding. It's in a retractable pencil that you twist a bit at a time. It's a white, waxy material that you fill and line your lips before apply the lipstick. The pencil is hard in texture, not very creamy or moisturizing to apply. It doesn't feel like any is being applied on the lips. Even the sales rep was trying to show how it's done. It looked invisible. Not an easy product to use. It barely worked. Luckily, this was a freebie. I wouldn't purchase it. Very disappointing. -

This is Lena Dunham's breakthrough film made in 2010 before her successful HBO series Girls. It's written, directed, and starring Ms. Dunham. It's a pre-cursor leading up to Girls. You can see some similarities between this film to her current series. It stars her real life mom and sister (as the role of her mom and sister) plus some familiar characters who are now on the show. She writes about coming home after graduating from college and trying to re-adjust to life at home. The DVD has a great highlight with Ms. Dunham in an interview with her mentor- directer Nora Ephron. Plus some experimental extras. It explains what influenced her creative process. Worth checking out if you're a fan. -
