SO happy to have a site like this in Canada, where its hard to find so many things for people on special diets. Customer service is amazing and they often let you just keep products you don't like while giving you a refund anyway! I have also always gotten free return shipping. Never had a company like this in Canada before. Now, sometimes, products are a little pricey unless they are on sale and also they are a couple of days slower with their shipping than some places, but overall, highly recommend.    -
