I cannot put in to words how pleased I am with this app. Never have I ever had so much confidence in my ability to quit. There are so many amazing features in the app. Everything from tracking your consumption, to tips, to replacing it with healthy habits. It even gives you a chart to show your productivity. Everything you need to quit, right on your phone. I love the tap to track your Nicorette Quick Mist and how easy it is to track your cigarettes. It counsels you through and I don't feel judged. When I went to.the doctor I got "do this, do that" and,if you're anything like me,you feel like not doing anything you're told to do. The app gives so many suggestions and puts it all in my hands so I can choose what's best for me. I'm elated. This product is a game changer. It's not throw on a patch and hope by the end of the steps you can stick to it. The app helps you set healthy goals, gives you tips, and so much more. I'm so excited to continue my journey and I've never felt so hopeful about actually being able to quit. -

I'm absolutely blown away by how well Nicorette Quick Mist works, and how encouraging the app is. All I get is positivity from the app. Unlike seeking help from a doctor, you dint feel judged. You get to set your goals and if you're anything like me, you do not want to be told what to do, it makes you not want to do it. With the Nicorette app, you log your intake, set a quit date and it coaches you along. It's not just throw on a patch and hope it works. It gives you a chance to examine yourself, set your own goals, and actually feel like you can achieve them. I've tried quitting so many times and to no avail. I've never had so much confidence in my ability to quit. This product is absolutely genius and I recommend it to anyone who wants to quit smoking. It says it takes 60 seconds, but I feel craving relief almost immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend this product for quitting smoking. It's going to take willpower, but it's like having encouragement in your pocket. I am beyond pleased with this product! -

I personally use Luscious Raspberries (not 100% sure but I think the colour has been discontinued) it's the best vibrant hair dye brand out there due to it's long lasting effects. I cant even bleach the colour out of my hair, that's how good Splat is. -
