I received this product free to test as part of ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club. I have been using this bar for about 10 days now, and I love it!!! The first thing I noticed about the Dove Original Beauty Cream Bar, was the scent. It is a very nice, yet strong scent that lingers after the shower. I have sensitive skin, and sometimes have a reaction to highly scented bath products. This beauty bar actually seems to have cleared up my skin! Prior to using this bar, I had been using a glycerin-type soap, and had noticably dry skin. Since using the Dove bar, my skin is softer, and less dry. I felt moisturized and clean after using this bar in the shower. I am going to give up my regular bar soap, and use Dove Beauty bars exclusively now! I would reccomend this to a friend, relative or stranger - I love this bar that much!!! It is well worth the money, and seems to last longer than regular soap. -

I received a free sample from Febreze and ChickAdvisor as part of their product review panel. I really like the Febreze Car Vent Clip. It was very easy to use, just snap the tab that is attached to the freshener (to activate), and clip it to the car vent. It does not interfere much with the car vent, but once it is in place, the vent flow is unable to be adjusted. The scent was not overpowering right away as many car air fresheners can be, and there is an adjustment dial for more or less scent. I have been using this in my car for about 2 weeks, and have noticed a nice fresh scent everytime I get in. The scent (linen and sky) has a clean laundry smell. I found that the air freshener is comparable to other car air fresheners that clip onto the vent, but is less expensive. I definitely like it better than the fresheners that hang from the rearview mirror. The only thing I don't like about the Febreze car vent clips is that it is not refillable. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a car air freshener. Overall I liked the Febreze Car Vent Clips, and would purchase it again. -

Overall I think the L'Oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Masque is wonderful! Before I used this product my hair felt dry, but the masque made my hair softer, shinier and healthier looking. I used it both in combination with the L'Oreal Intense Repair Shampoo and on its own, and found it was definitely better when used with the shampoo. The scent is not as nice as the shampoo, but still pleasant. I didn't have to use a lot to cover my thick mid-length hair. My hair was more manageable after I used the masque, felt a lot softer, and had a nice sheen to it. This masque is just as good as some other salon brands I have used for intense conditioning. I would consider buying this again, even if I used it with other shampoos, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for intense repair and treatment of their dry hair. The masque is a bit pricy for the amount you receive, but comparable to other salon brands. -

Overall I found the L'Oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Shampoo to be very good. The smell is very nice, not too strong, just enough to make it pleasant during shampooing. I only needed a small amount to get a good lather. I have very thick hair and usually need a little more shampoo to get a good lather, but this lathered well. My hair was more managable, and had a nice shine too after using this shampoo. Along with the shine, my hair seemed healthier and softer. The only negative thing I noticed was that my scalp seemed to dry out after using this shampoo the first couple of times, but did improved a bit with use. I found this shampoo to be good compared to other hydrating products I have used. I may consider buying this shampoo again if I continue to see improvement in my hair and the dry scalp issue improves. I felt that the products were a bit expensive for the amount that you receive. I would recommend this product to someone who has dry hair and wants to have a noticable improvement. It definitely makes your hair look healthier!!! -

I have been using the new Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush for just over a week and I love it!!! When I received the toothbrush, I plugged it in for the recommended 12 hours and then I gave it a try. It is so simple to use, and the instructions are clear and precise. There are 2 heads that come with the Pulsonic, one for regular brushing and a precision tip for between teeth. There are 2 settings: clean (regular) and sensitive which is for the tongue and between teeth, (though I suppose you could use this if you found some tooth sensitivity from the regular clean mode). I found the toothbrush easy to use, because it has a 2 minute timer. It "breaks" at 30 second intervals to let you know it is time to move on to the next quadrant of your mouth. At the end of the 2 minutes it "breaks" twice to let you know you are done! The toothbrush moves at about 27,000 "gentle sonic vibrations" per minute, which is supposed to help whiten teeth. After using this product for about a week, and have noticed a slight difference in colour and my teeth seem brighter! Each time I use the toothbrush I feel like I have just had my teeth cleaned at the dentist. I also find that my teeth feel clean throughout the day, even after eating (if I do not brush again). Compared to a manual toothbrush, my teeth feel cleaner and look brighter and whiter. The precision tip did cause a bit of bleeding, which , according to the instructions is normal, and should go away in 2 weeks. I do have a bit of tooth sensitivity, but have not noticed any sensitivity using the Oral-B Pulsonic compared to my regular manual toothbrush. The head of the brush is the perfect size. It rolls over teeth and gums without being too bulky in your mouth. I found the bristles of the head to be comparable to a medium bristle manual toothbrush. I also like the size of the charger base. It takes up a very small space on the counter. This is nothing like the power toothbrushes I remember!!! Overall, I highly recommend this product for its cleaning ability, ease of use and dual modes. -

I received the 3D Crest Whitestrips 2 hour express to try and was disappointed with them. I felt that the instructions were lacking in detail, and had to search online as to how to use the strips (I had never used any before). I didn't like the fact that I had to wear the strips for 2 hours, as I had to keep spitting the peroxide gel out of my mouth. The strips did seem to stay in place, but I felt like a bit of saliva was getting under the strips. The results: my teeth did not seem any whiter than they were prior to using the white strips. I had to brush my teeth (with only water) afterward to remove the gel from my teeth. My teeth really hurt after using the whitestrips, and it wasn't until the next morning (wearing sensitive toothpaste in my night guard) that they felt ok again. It has been about a week since I have used the Crest 3D Whitestrips 2 hour express, and I think my teeth are a bit whiter, but I would still not use them again because of how much pain I was in immediately after using them. -

C.O. Bigelow Cinnamint Mentha Lip Shine is THE best gloss I have ever used. The gloss is everything it promises to be. It tastes great, freshens breath, and provides excellent moisturizing and shine! I keep a tube of this gloss in my car, and it never liquifies in summer, or freezes in winter. The price is excellent, especially when you can buy it on sale at Bath & Body Works. The flavour is cinnamon, and a hint of mint, which tingles slightly on your lips when it first goes on. This gloss is not sticky at all, and it has no colour. I highly recommend this gloss as a lip treatment as well as an everyday gloss. -

Clinique Superbalm Moisturizing Gloss in "Black Honey" is a wonderful lip gloss! I was intrigued by the name and the rich colour of this gloss, and was not disappointed. I have received compliments on this colour, which is deep and would suit any skin tone. The gloss is thick enough to stay on, but not sticky, and provides a good amount of shine. Clinique Superbalm is moisturizing, just as is states and keeps lips soft and smooth. There is just a hint of flavour, which does seem to go away quickly, but doesn't leave a terrible chemical aftertaste. I would recommend this gloss for everyone, based on colour, moisturizing and glossiness! (I purchased this item at Sephora.com, and their website states that the colour is exclusive to them.) -

Kleenex Cottonelle Ultra (Double Roll) is the best toilet paper I have ever used! The roll only contains 176 sheets (double ply), but it is so thick that it is just as big as Cashmere double roll with 280 sheets per roll. I found I was using much less paper than usual, and it didn't leave you feeling unclean like some of the other "fluffy" toilet papers. The quality is excellent, and so is the effectiveness. My husband was hiding a roll for himself because he loved it so much. We will be switching brands as soon as I can find it (my local Wal-Mart doesn't seem to carry it). The paper was super soft and fluffy, but didn't leave anything behind! I highly recommend Kleenex Cottonelle Ultra toilet paper. I only use name brand toilet paper, and have tried them all. This is the best yet!!! -

Aquafina Plus Vitamins 10 Cal is really tasty. The best thing about this almost zero calorie drink, is that it is sweetened with Stevia extract, instead of artificial sweeteners! The flavours were nice, I thought they were strong enough to taste, but not overpowering. I thought the Fuji Apple Pear tasted just like pears (and a hint of apples). The Strawberry Lemonade was not sour, but had a nice subtle flavour. The Black and Blue Berry was really tasty, a nice berry flavour. These drinks were very refreshing, and I have been buying them all week, because they taste so good. I don't know about the benefits of the vitamins in the water, but it can't hurt to have extra vitamins in your diet. The only thing I don't like about it is the other added ingredients. For example the Black & Blue Berry contains red colour, xanthan gum, modified corn starch, silicon dioxide, erythritol, and some stuff I couldn't spell if I tried, though these ingredients are probably better than some other sugary drinks. I would definitely recommend Aquafina Plus Vitamins 10 Cal, especially if you are looking for a flavoured drink without the added sugar and calories! It is a nice alternative to juice and pop, and compared to some other flavoured waters, doesn't taste artificial, or have a bad aftertaste. -
