I received these Black Elderberry Immunity + Cold and Flu Relief Gummies as part of a promotion. They are vegan with no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or sweeteners. I like gummies as supplements because they are so convenient and easy to take. These were yummy gummies. They were also soft and did not stick to each other. They have vitamin C and zinc as well as the elderberry, all of which are helpful to prevent colds. The sample size was small so I can't really say if they work as a preventive or if they help when you are sick. I will say that I have purchased them already and have been taking them for about 3 weeks and in that time I was around quite a few people who had colds or flu and I did not get sick.

I have used Aveeno products in the past, mostly moisturizers & the bath treatments. I used this lotion twice a day after showering. It has no scent which I appreciate. It spreads very smoothly and absorbs nicely with no greasiness or stickiness after. My skin felt very soft and smooth after using this lotion. It lasted all day and I found it quite soothing. I will be purchasing this again since it's my new favourite lotion. -

I received this as a free sample. It actually was a full size bottle which I was very happy about. Having more product allows me to use it for longer so I can assess it properly. The pros: the pump is unique, you get all 3 serums together; it felt very smooth and light, not oily and absorbed quickly; I noticed that my skin felt softer within the first few days; it took about 10 days for me to notice that my skin was firmer and looked brighter. The cons: I'm not a fan of the scent, but that is a personal thing; I would most likely buy this if it was in my price range. -

The Schmidt's Rose+ Vanilla Natural deodorant has an amazing light rose scent. I like it so much I actually just take some time to smell it. I do not smell any vanilla, which personally is fine because I don't like that scent. When I tried it, it had a bit of an uncomfortable gritty feel. I then discovered that you are supposed to hold it against your underarm to warm it up. When I did this it was a smooth application. It worked really well as a deodorant & I got lovely rose whiffs throughout the day. The price point is a bit high for a deodorant but it is a very good product. Looking forward to trying the Lavender. -

Good plant based vegan protein is hard to find. The Profi protein powder has 20 grams of plant based protein & only 120 calories. The sample I received was vanilla flavour. I added some cocoa to my smoothie because I prefer chocolate over vanilla, but you could taste the vanilla and it had a very smooth, subtle taste. Texture was pretty good, not as grainy as some vegan powders tend to be. Overall a really good product that I would buy again and recommend to friends -
