I recently tried the PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches, and I have mixed feelings about them. On the plus side, the patches are super easy to use. I just apply them to my blemishes before bed, and they stay on overnight without budging, which I love. The next morning, I’ve noticed that my pimples are visibly smaller and less red, which is a big win. The inclusion of niacinamide also seemed to help brighten my skin and fade some of the dark spots left behind from previous breakouts.
That said, I do have sensitive skin, so I was a bit cautious at first. I noticed a little dryness and mild irritation around the edges of the patches after a few nights of use, but it wasn't anything too severe. I think it’s just the benzoyl peroxide that can be a bit drying, especially if your skin is on the sensitive side like mine.
For smaller pimples, these patches are fantastic—they work overnight and I love seeing results so quickly. However, for larger, cystic acne, I don’t think these are as effective. Overall, I’d recommend them for smaller breakouts, but be mindful if you have sensitive skin.

In my personal experience, I found that Helixia Kids Daily Immune Booster was a helpful addition to my child's routine, especially during the colder months. My child isn’t always the best about taking supplements, but the gummies are soft and tasty, which made them much easier to get her to take daily. We didn’t see any major changes in terms of fewer illnesses, but I did feel a little more at ease knowing she was getting some extra immune support during cold and flu season. The ingredient list seemed solid, with vitamin C and zinc being the main players, which are both important for immunity. That said, I do think it’s important to remember that no supplement can replace a balanced diet, regular handwashing, and enough sleep. I didn’t notice any side effects, but I’d still recommend checking with a pediatrician if you have any concerns or if your child has any specific health issues. Overall, it’s a good supplement, but not a miracle cure -
