They grow up so quick. My youngest turned 24 in January and my oldest turns 26 on the 1st of May. I don't know where the time went. Soon there will be grandbabies.

His kids are 30, 29, 22, 21 , 3 girls and 1 boy. You might have guessed that hubby is older than I am. We have been together for 9 years this summer, and at this point in our relationship we don't even notice the gap. The kids are fantastic, I am super close to them all, especial the oldest daughter, her and I have became the best of friends over the years. They don't refer to me as a step-mom, and I didn't want them to, I am their dad's fiance and their good friend.. if that makes sense. lol

Have fun this afternoon at the egg hunt! Its pouring here today, hopefully the weather is nicer tomorrow, our town puts on a big egg hunt at the park by the water. It draws in hundreds of children and families. I took my 5 year old niece last year and she had a blast, this year they are out of town or I would be taking her again. :)

Sadly no plans this weekend.
The kids (my hubbys) had plans this weekend and a couple of them couldn't get away, and my hubby has a big job he is on and wants to get it done as soon as possible, so we are getting together next weekend instead. Which is fine, yesterday though I was a bit bummed. Usually my house would be full of people, and its just me and my fur-kids home. I did get a lot of yard work done though. How about you guys? How is the weather?

I just read somewhere that you have a daughter going into grade 11 and i'm like how? You look amazing!
