These weights are fabulous! The non slip is a must have in any weight, especially when doing floor work and lifting them above your head. I have my own set and love them, well constructed and attractive colours.

Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack
Jillian Michaels is one tough chick and she doesn't fool around. This workout gets right into it and kicks your butt! If you're just beginning I would suggest taking it slow and easing yourself into it. I found this workout to be quite intense.

Bounce dryer sheets fresh linen
The fresh linen smell is quite cheerful. These dryer sheets are fantastic and work great. They keep the static and cling out of my clothes and leave them smelling fresh. Will purchase again.

Resolve has been my go to for several years now. It works really well at removing tough stains in my husbands work clothes which is a must. I also find it works on tough carpet stains too!

Purex Cold Water Laundry Detergent
I wash all of our laundry in cold water. I used to use Purex detergent all the time until pods came out. This has a really nice, faint scent and always got our clothes really clean and our whites whiter.
