PC Vanilla Skyr Icelandic Style 0% M.F. Yogurt
I love PC’s Vanilla skyr — more protein than other brands, and tastes pretty darn good. Generally cheaper than other brands as well. This is my go to option when I am craving yogurt.

I get these at the grocery store sold individually, and they are usually cheaper than buying packs of other protein shakes. Better taste than some other shakes, it’s more like chocolate milk, and pretty decently only 200 calories. I wish... +
I get these at the grocery store sold individually, and they are usually cheaper than buying packs of other protein shakes. Better taste than some other shakes, it’s more like chocolate milk, and pretty decently only 200 calories.
I wish packaging could be more eco-friendly — compostable plastic would be amazing — but other than this, no complaints at all.

I love how it is 30 grams of protein and only 160 calories. The taste is pretty decent, especially when chilled. I wish these drinks were in truly recyclable packaging (tetra packs are too complicated to process, often gets trashed instead). I am... +
I love how it is 30 grams of protein and only 160 calories. The taste is pretty decent, especially when chilled. I wish these drinks were in truly recyclable packaging (tetra packs are too complicated to process, often gets trashed instead). I am a bit weary of the artificial sugar, but it really reduces calories, so I space it out every few workouts, particularly if I’ve had too much to eat earlier in the day. -
