it's been a while but I think you get 3 sessions for 110...you can find out more on the website though. Just a side note, it is a great gym but if you do join make sure it is what you want, b/c if you quit b4 a year is up you'll have problems. I was always feilding complaints from members and the desk staff can onlt be as helpful as head office allows. And make sure they don't dbl charge you, many complaints about that too. Good luck!

hey how are you. i was reading the reviews on fitness one and i read that you have been a empolee there, so i was wondering if you could help me in some information i am planning to join the gym at dufferin mall and i was asking what their rates are to have a personal trainer, regardless the price i NEED TO have a personal trainer to help me lose 60 pounds but i was needed ot knwoif you could tell me aprroximatly what the range of price would be to have a personal traiiner with fitness ne. thank you...
