My husband states that his head was not as itchy as it was when he uses his regular shampoo. Both men like the added charcoal for a deep clean. They liked the long lasting scent which was not over powering and left their hair soft and more manageable. This shampoo had a sufficient amount of lather and only a small amount was needed. The unique shape of the bottle made it easier to handle when wet. -
