Nice crunchy, sweet taste. Packed with 20 grams of protein, nutrition, oats, nuts and tons of flavour. Great start to the day! Very filling! Also enjoyed it sprinkled on yogurt.

I would have like to try the other flavours which I am sure I would have enjoyed more but Vanilla Bean was the only pack left on the shelf. I did like the creamy texture and that it is high in protein. Will purchase again if I can find another flavour. It was a nice treat for my toddler grandson. Comes in perfect sized portion cups, great for on the run. -

It keeps my hands out of the dish water and the dish detergent off of my skin. The dishwand refills last a very long time and easy to replace. I started taking this Jamieson Omega Red supplements after hearing so much about them on the radio and reading about them. They reduced my pain from osteoarthritis and I had more energy during the day. I also found that I was sleeping better during the night with less pain. I have Psoriasis and Eczema and this Omega Red helped to clear my skin and I have not had any flare-ups. They also help reduce the levels of bad cholesterol LDL and increase levels of good cholesterol HDL and to maintain cardiovascular health. You should check with your doctor before taking supplements to make sure they are right for you. -
