I tried this base coat along with the black sparkly polish and top coat that I received for testing purposes. I'm glad I used a base coat first because the colour polish I received was a dark colour that could be staining to my nails. The colour in the bottle looks like a nude colour, but when applied, it looks clear. I think this product does a good job in protecting my nails. -

This protein chocolate shake taste very similar to some of the chocolate meal replacement brands but with 10% the sugar amount. These things aren't meant to replace a meal, but it's great knowing that I can quickly get some protein in the morning.

Good & Simple Blueberry Oatmeal Bars
Seems like a healthier alternative than the regular granola bars, and can actually fill you up and satisfy your craving! They're prepackaged and I can easily grab one from the box and head out the door when I don't have time for breakfast.

Good & Simple Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins
Wasn't expecting a lot for packaged muffins, but they turned out better than I expected! I like that it's individually wrapped so that it doesn't take much effort to throw it in my lunch bag and head off to work.
