Don't let the marketing fool you. The only difference between this Advil and the rest is the bottle with the NON-childproof cap. If you read Advil's own choice map (see https://www.advil.com/what-difference-between-different-types-advil ), you can use any Advil for muscle and joint pain. If you find a bonus sized bottle of the regular capsules or gels on sale, buy that instead. They charge more for the smaller bottles that SAY "Muscle and Joint" on them. Aside from the solubility of the different capslues ("Fast Action" for example dissolves faster), all Advils are the same. In fact - go ahead and buy the much cheaper store brand ibuprofins. They're all the same. -
