I very much like the idea of being able t track my smoking and efforts to quit. Unfortunately, I am not an App person. I found that I would forget to input, or didnt't have my phone with me at the time and so I would not always input.
I also changed phones in the middle of my trial. I cannot review the Android, as I now have an Iphone.

I find that they all work pretty effectively but the lozenges were very strong at the beginning. I had to tuck it in my lip (like chewing tobacco!) -

I took the gummies for 4 days, in which time my slight cold symptoms went away. I would like the try them again, when I have a cold or flu coming on, to see if they will help with the onslaught.
