I’ve never tried the Chapman’s premium line, and now I’m never going back! The difference that comes from using real cream results in a smooth, rich flavour, and in this case it was cherry. It was just the perfect amount. It wasn’t overpowering and it tasted like real cherries, not artificial flavour. And the chunks of chocolate truffle were very generous. Paired with half cherry pieces, this ice cream was delightful. I don’t usually like fruit in my ice cream, but I am definitely making an exception with this one! Thanks, Chapman’s!    -
