I'm a huge fan of green tea. Tetley blueberry is delicious at zero calories per serving and no sugar,I enjoy mine plain. There are so many health benefits to green tea alone, it can increase your metabolism causing you to burn more calories in a day, blueberries and green tea are rich in anti oxidents which is great for you!
The only concern with green tea is if you are pregnant as the antioxidant EGCG can inhibit the enzyme dihydrofolat redux taste which is responsible for the uptake of frolic acid, which is important to prevent neural tube defect.

Gotta have bounce!!! I enjoy the smell of fresh clean clothes fresh out of the dryer with bounce, comes Ina variety of scents to leave your clothes smelling fresher longer! I also am so thankful to have bounce as I once made the mistake of not using it and wow static cling it was terrible. They can be quite pricy and depending on the size of the load have had to use more than one but not worth the alternative of not using one, so I will be a lifetime user of this product. -

I love this collection! It can be purchase from your local grocery store for an average price. I normally only used salon shampoo and conditioner and for some reason I also picked this up and had it in my shower I was using bed head dumb blonde as I had used it previously and really liked it however the bottle looked different so it mustn't have been the same as it left my hair feeling terrible so the next time I showered I grabbed this shampoo and conditioner and I was beyond impressed with it that instead of going to the salon to get my shampoo I continued with this. I don't really notice a big difference with it helping take the brassiness out of my hair but I generally use a purple shampoo once a week for that purpose. -

So I personally have not used this product on my own hair as I have it lightened at the salon, My four year old daughter has been after me to bleach her hair blonde which I am totally against so when I received a sample of this product I decided to try it out on her dirty blonde hair. After using this I've noticed that it looks as if she has natural highlights in her hair, it's very mild and does not look fake at all. I will continue to use this a few more times on her hair during the summer months to see if it will lighten more with the suns help.
The only downside to this product is although it's very controlled and not as harsh as bleach it still dries the hair a bit so just use an occasional deep conditioner.
