Full disclosure: I have psoriasis. I have tried A LOT of detergents in my search for something that will take care of dirt and grass stains (we hike and camp like crazy people) and also not cause adverse skin reactions. Like everyone who has a skin condition, I have tested dozens of detergents and have been somewhat disappointed even in the ‘gentle’ detergents. I have found that this one is a keeper! -

I didn’t really want to give this a Fugheddaboutit because it works fairly well, but I did for a couple of reasons. While it is moisturizing and keeps the curls soft, I found that it tended to be a bit greasy. Full disclosure:I have a lot of very very fine hair. It is a bit of heavy for fine hair. The smell is also a thumbs down. Lemon curd is not one of my favourite scents. For those who enjoy a lemony scent and have thicker hair, this might be a good product. -

For years I used expensive creams to try to keep my skin moisturized without causing my psoriasis to flare up. Since I have been using this product I have not had one flare up from use! I have psoriasis on my feet and hands so it’s important that products are scent free and very gentle. I am super happy with this product and use it exclusively. -

Unscented Dove is now my one and only for not only gentle cleansing but also moisturizing. I have been using Dove unscented for a few years now and can definitely recommend this product! -
